Absolutely horrible. We called to book 2 cleaning appointment ( as new clients) for myself and my 9 year old daughter and was told that there was an opening 2 days later, on Saturday June 15, 2024 . I was questioning the quick turnaround time for a cleaning as most reputable dentists are months out to get an appointment but was thankful to get in. We showed up today 20 minutes early to an empty parking lot and a note on the door saying they would be closed June 15 & 16 , 2024. No call to let us know??? The appointment was booked 2 days prior. BEWARE!!! Something is not right!!

The people working in this office were really good. It was my first appointment at this office and the office manager was great at validating the insurance and explaining covered treatments. The office was very clean and comfortable. The technician was very thorough in the work that she did. The dentist was also great! He was very thorough and answered several questions I had. My visit was a very good experience.

BEWARE!! had an infection after implant placement. Went in for a Quick Look with another dentist and the implant was placed between the roots that were billed to insurance “surgically extracted” If you have had an extraction along with an implant and the implant "did not take" or "your body rejected the implant" request your X-ray records because most likely Dr Rick Brar did NOT extract the roots completely. Please get a second opinion and save yourself from the pain, needless to say good luck trying to get a refund! If you have had this horrible experience please report Rick Brar to the Illinois State Dental Society!! File a complaint with the Illinois Department of Public Health. Question your treatment plan and what was billed to your insurance as Sonia (wife), Sophie (daughter) and Megan Parker (regional manager) up charge EVERYTHING and submit more than what was completed. Overall do not trust this dentist not even for so much as a filling! Raise awareness, file your complaint and seek legal help! Do not ignore other reviews!!
