I’m looking forward to finishing my Invisalign treatment, but this practice is definitely lacking the patience and compassion that Dr. Jones used to provide. I don’t even recall being told the name of my new doctor, but his sarcastic tone made me feel like my concerns weren’t taken seriously. On a positive note, the dental assistants and front desk staff have been consistently wonderful and supportive throughout my visits.
