I also love that they schedule your next appointment right away while you are waiting on your child to complete their appointment. I just find that super convenient. I highly recommend them.

We visited the Short Pump office for an orthodontic consultation. The office staff were prompt and courteous. Dr. Cook was amazing! Everything was thoroughly explained with rationale for decisions. She made my son feel very comfortable with her wonderful personality!! I felt she was trusting and capable and both are extremely important to me!! We cannot wait to get started!!! Thank you for a wonderful first experience.

We were very impressed with the level of service received while going through the process of getting braces for my daughter. A lot of children have anxiety about that large of a process, but the kindness and compassion of everyone in the office really shone through and helped a lot. I wouldn't hesitate to bring your children here for whatever their dental needs are!

I took my 3-year-old daughter to Dr Dahlke for her first dental checkup. We were incredibly impressed with the entire experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and patient, making my daughter feel comfortable and at ease. Ms Claudia was so nice and took the time to explain everything she was doing and to answer all our questions patiently. The office was clean and child-friendly, with toys and games to keep kids entertained. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend Dr Dahlke to anyone looking for a great pediatric dentist.

My 9 year old had a consultation today and although he doesn’t need braces right now, if and when he does, we won’t go anywhere else but RPDO (Short Pump location) for his orthodontic care and treatment. From the first time I called the office and spoke with Vanessa, she was so friendly, helpful, and professional. She promptly sent the appointment info and forms via email and sent a reminder email and text closer to the appointment date as well. The office is clean, the staff is friendly, and Dr. Bibona was professional while putting my son at ease. I’m an adult with bad anxiety when it comes to the dentist, so it’s important to me that my kids don’t have similar bad experiences like I had in life that lead to the anxiety I now have surrounding dental care. Use this provider’s services-you won’t be disappointed!
