Dr. Bibona is super warm and friendly, has answered all my questions, and is very realistic about what to expect. The front desk staff is very professional and helpful, too. Kathy did a great job at our last appointment getting my son ready to transition out of the aligners. He really appreciated the water bottle full of treats, but what I appreciated was the sweet photo card of my son with his "post treatment smile" that arrived in the mail. With their multiple locations, RPDO is very convenient. We have used them for 2 kids already, and expect to use them for 2 more in a few years.

I have a special needs child and they recognized that he needed breaks and gave him the opportunity to rest in between procedures. They understood that it was best at times to separate his appointments and accommodate his needs to do less to keep him comfortable. They communicated directly with him, not around or over him.
