The staff at Richmond Dental are exceptional both in expertise and kindness. From the minute you arrive at the front desk you are greeted with warmth and respect! I first came here many years ago after seeing many dentists about a dental problem. Dr. Dulay took care in listening and went to work. He was quickly able to assess the problem and find treatments that would work for me. The dental hygienist Pam is a gem too! If you are looking for both quality and care I would highly recommend Richmond Dental Centre.

I have been coming here for 20 years and the service and energy has always remained the same always a smile on there face very polite and careful. There staff has always been the same way always making you feel comfortable. There time management n flexibility is un matched with very good prices n planning. They will tell you everything you need to know on how to save! All my friends n family still go to them till this day and there kids. MR and MRS DULAY always helping for the best

THEY CHIPPED MY TOOTH DURING A CLEANING AND RUINED MY TEETH!! STAY AWAY!!This place ruined my teeth, this was my second time coming. First time no issues, second time my hygienist was incredibly rough with my teeth, felt like she was blindly cleaning and just hitting my gums constantly. One of the worst cleanings I’ve ever had! She seemed to get the tool stuck between my front teeth and jerked it out very roughly but I ignored it. As soon as I looked in the mirror I could see a giant chip on the surface of my front bottom tooth that was absolutely not there the day before or morning of, but jumped out at me as soon as I looked in the mirror.THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SUED!!! These dentists should not have a license and ruined my teeth!

I cannot say enough how amazing everyone is at Richmond Dental. I recommend it all the time to friends and family and they all love it too. It’s the only place that doesn’t make me dread having to go to the dentist, because Dr. Dulay is very gentle and careful. He walks you through every step of the way and keeps telling you what’s happening and what to expect, which makes you feel safe and more at ease. :)
