Doctor Sanders is a great and caring dentist. She's very professional In Her trade. The staff is great hey are very professional and caring also. Believe me when I say you will be very happy. Going to see doctor Sanders, she's the best. I recommend her to all my family and friends. I give her a 5 star plus

If I can give 0 stars, I would. Very unprofessional experience with the front desk. For more than 2 weeks, they had my all my insurance and personal info and not once did they bother to call my insurer to check. After calling them repeatedly to follow up and finally going in person…I was given a lazy excuse. If they don’t want my business, at least have the courtesy to tell me and not waste 2 weeks.

Best dentist office at least in the island, maybe in NYC. Beautiful location. Super friendly and hard working personnel. As a business owner myself I would definitely highly reccomend this office. It is when visit to the dentist is a very pleasant experience.

This place is super clean. My hygienist Briana is a god send. Before I came to this place I have always Experienced a painful cleaning but now I feel like I’m at a spa. Thank you Richmond dental.

One girl on front desk is horrible and extremely rude! But doctor is amazing! ?

I was given an appointment months in advance. I called 10-12 times over the week to confirm the time and nobody picked up or I was put on hold and forgotten about. I show up today just to be turned away because I was 'late' for my appointment even though I showed up at my scheduled time. They claimed they had me down for 11:30 but how would I know if you never pick up your phone ??? Never again ...
