Dr Shantzer is the best around. He always makes you feel like a customer and makes you feel important. The entire staff there is awesome and makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. Shannon at the front desk is always super friendly and easy to work with unlike other dentist offices in the area where you feel like a burden to them when you call. I highly recommend giving them a try!

I have been seeing Dr. Shantzer and staff for years. They are always well informed on all new dental procedures and very good at what they do. Never have had a problem.

The staff is wonderful! Everyone is personable & makes you feel like family just by the conversations & time they take to work on us. We’ve been going to Dr. Shantzer for 18 years & any problem we have he addresses. His dry sense of humor & fun banter make him unique, yet he is wonderful at his job. The “girls” are skilled, smart & run that place perfect. We always know we’ll be taken care of…from appointment changes to gentleness around a sensitive tooth (#19?)…they know & respond to patients in a caring, gentle manner. No one likes going to the dentist…but when you walk into Dr. Shantzer’s office, he greets us in the waiting room, sits down w us for a few minutes & chats…small talk, concerns etc. It eases the anxiety about whatever treatment you’re getting & makes it just a better experience. We can actually say “we like going to the dentist!”?

Best customer service. We moved to Richboro last year, looking for closer dentist, it's hard to leave our previous dentist, Starinh from scheduling to reminders the best service better than biggest hospitals in PA. Doctor Eric Himself is an awesome person. I highly re immediate this family friendly and Highly professional Dentist.
