The best dentist in town. I don't have dental insurance and find them very affordable. Everyone in the office is very understanding and compassionate. I'm terrified of dentists and they do a great job managing my anxiety about procedures. I have never had to wait an unreasonable amount of time to be seen. I'm so thankful that I found Dr. Jones!

Dr. Jones (& his assistant Emily) are the best! Judy the office manager was sympathetic and a great comfort to me about my emergency tooth problem and got me in right away. I do not like going to the dentist, but Dr. Jones is very patient and willing to take the time it needs to reassure and give more numbing shots if needed. Because of my emergency this week, I caused someone to have to wait. I apologized and thanked the person myself. Dr. Jones totally focused on me and didn't let the fact that someone else was waiting change how he fixed my tooth. The 2 hygienists I have seen, Diane & Valli are super sweet and patient about a nervous dental patient also. Overall I'm trying to say that the atmosphere is supportive of people like me who have fears about the dentist!

The worst billing experience I have ever had with a dental office. The office manager completely lacks integrity, forcing properly insured patients to prepay the full amount of visit prior to service and verbally guaranteeing all charges, with the exception of a nominal copay, would be reimbursed by insurer. Unfortunately, I learned the hard way that that was not the case with this unethical establishment.

GREAT hygienist, very personable, remember me and my family. Dr. Jones spends very little time with you but asks if you have issues, does a thorough check of x-rays and teeth. Always on time, nice new office.
