Worst!!! I had an appointment at 12:30 I tried to get myself checked in and they told my my appointment was at 11:20 like what the heck is wrong with their system? I had calls 3 days ago saying my appointment was at 12:30 ?‍♀️. I ended up scheduling for an emergency appointment the girl was so rude she said she had one earlier than ended up having me for another time later. The doctor checked my braces to normal and took my power chains off instead of just fixing the ribbons. Now my TEETH HAS A GAP AGAIN AFTER ALL THIS TIME. This is such a waste of time I have a appointment at December but they didn’t even check my teeth properly.

I visited this location and was treated with such care!Kelsie assisted me the whole time with helping me get assistance for my down payment and all everyone is really friendly here

This is my second visit here. My grandson just got his braces last week. I’m loving this office. When you enter you are greeted warmly and she even greeted my grandson by name and spoke with him about his visit. I’m loving it here!

My son is currently finishing up treatment for braces. He is 18. This practice has been excellent in terms of trying to accommodate scheduling, problem appointments and billing. We really haven’t had any issues at all. If my other kids need braces, we won’t hesitate to use Rich Orthodontics. Thank you for an office well run, a rarity nowadays.
