They are detail oriented and answer all questions with no passive aggressiveness. Shannon is very kind and a good dental assistant. Thorough cleaning (she takes her time to do a good job). Dr. Bowen has good beside manners and helps to clarify more complicated questions well; she offers good recommendations (captains the ship well). The other 2 dental assistants I met did well too. The front desk people also are helpful with trying to get you in for timely visits. They have a good referral system as well, if you need say a wisdom tooth extraction or so forth. If in doubt about a place for your dental wants and needs, this establishment has done good so far.

I have not been to the dentist in a very long time ~ so my anxiety was extreme. The entire staff was absolutely amazing. Dr. Bowen is so amazingly kind and supportive not to mention very detailed. I felt my oral care was in perfect hands and the atmosphere was positive. Jessica also did an amazing job ensuring my comfort while cleaning my teeth. Great job team! Best dentist I have been to !

Came here for Nightlase treatment to lift my soft palate and ease snoring. Many things stood out to me. 1) I was given an exact quote over the phone ($700 cheaper than other places) 2) Dr. Bowen is up to date on researching how to perform the procedure with the most efficacy by monitoring temperature. 3) Dr. Bowen accommodated me on short notice since the procedure is a short one.(this was very kind but shouldn’t be expected every time by me or any other customer) 4) Dr. Bowen thoroughly and kindly explained what was happening before and during the procedure and regularly checked up on my comfort. 5) She also made sure that I had tried or tested additional things such as taking magnesium that could also affect my sleep quality, showing care and dedication to truly solving my issue independent of whether it made the practice more money. 6) All the staff treated me with respect and had a positive attitude. They seemed to enjoy working here. Dr. Bowen is a consummate professional with excellent “bedside manner”. It didn’t apply to my situation, but If you are nervous or haven’t felt listened to by other dentists, you will have a positive experience here. The perfect 5 star history is well earned. I will be coming back for all my dental needs in the future.

What a wonderful first visit. The entire staff was friendly and kind…even fun. Dr Bowen was the most gentle dentist I’ve ever had work on me. Her assistant was also pretty great. The service was outstanding, the dental work seems to be outstanding as well. I’m happy to be here as a patient.

Sweetest and most gentle woman on the face of the planet! Dr. Bowen constantly checks in with you to make certain you are comfortable. She is fabulous at explaining any and all questions. She is compassionate and caring. If you have any reservations about going to a dentist, go to Dr. Bowen’s office. Her entire staff is friendly, patient and kind. I have been seeing her for many years and would never go anywhere else.

I moved into Colorado Springs about 4 years ago from NY. It took this long to find a Dentist that I really like. I went thru 3 other DDS butchers before I finally found these wonderful people. I just had a teeth cleaning with Courtney and she was great. She definitely has chosen the right profession for her life. I really like her and trust her as well. The office is clean and shiny. The assistants are incredibly nice and they make sure that you are comfortable and explain everything as they go along. Finally- I have found good people to work with on caring for my teeth!!! From the front desk to the hygienist to the dentist they are all amazing! They really take the time to listen and answer any question you may have. I’m so happy I found a dentist that I truly love.
