I took my grandma here for new dentures and it has been a great experience with Dr. Roham. He is a wonderful dentist and person, extremely talented and gentle with my grandma. She loves her new teeth and appreciate all the effort he put into adjusting the fit and comfort. The staff are all very kind and pretty, we had a few appointments mishaps in the beginning, but it got fixed. I am glad that my grandma is happy with the results. Thank goodness she has decent medical to cover because it is pricey. The location is nice inside, very clean and updated. There are less parking space, though. It is free street parking with limited spaces and about two hours limits I recall. Overall, I would recommend giving this place a shot and hope that the consistency stay as great as it is now and always. ;) Thank you for taking great care of my grandma Dr. Roham and Jessica (there were a few other staff members that were super cool too, thank you all).

They just want your money. They want to charge an arm and a leg for implant work for elderly patients barely surviving off of social security alone. And not only that, but they charged my father $180 just for a 2-min specialist consultation that I know other friends have never gotten charged for at other places. They took advantage of my dad not knowing much about anything and did not even warn him he was getting charged for such a consultation. My husband always gets his cleaning appts cancelled and then the office just reschedules without regard to my husband’s work schedule. They have only care about what is convenient for the office and not for the patient. Will never come back here.

I had a great experience at Dr Reyes dental office. I was every impressed on how polite and professional his entire staff is. Dentist and dental assistant were both very attentive and paid attention to my questions and concerns. Will definitely continue my dental treatments here. Thank you, staff!

I was very disappointed with how the front desk lady treated me over the phone because I missed my dentist appointment. I had an 8 a.m. appointment but was unexpectedly called into work, so I left a voicemail since the office opens at 8 a.m. She later called me, and I apologized, explaining that I had to go to work. Her response was extremely rude—she told me that because of my absence, her hygienist wouldn’t get paid. I apologized again, saying I didn’t know what else to say. She then told me that I now owed $50 and wouldn’t be able to reschedule. This was definitely not the right approach.

I have been seeing Dr Reyes for 20+ years for a variety of serious to common issues. He is always ready to take care of my dental emergencies immediately. At 73 my teeth are still in great condition due to Dr Reyes and his Staff in Azusa. Thank You

The best office ever. Glad the office manager Julie is still there, everyone is professional. Dr Reyes has been my dentist for many years and is the best.
