Revive Dental is by far the BEST place to go for all your dental needs, you’re made to feel like you’re a priority and you’re so comforted not just from Dr Chad but the ENTIRE staff. They make sure you understand the entire process best fitted for you, if you’re ok during any exam, procedure and just in general. They genuinely care, you’re not a number here. You feel safe and assured when you leave your office visit. AMAZING PEOPLE. This will always be where i return for any dental care needed.

How can I begin? First of all Dr.Chad and the entire staff of Revive are the most professional, cleanest, polite, and down to earth staff i have ever been involved with. As a patient they eased all of my worries, from the first x-ray, to receiving my finals. All concerns were addressed, and yes they make sure all of your concerns are met and answered. They give you tremendous confidence with their entire operation, clear instructions, and check ups. I understand that Dr.Chad and his staff make smiles happen everyday, but you guys seriously changed not only my life, but my entire families lives for the better. Thank you! Thank you! Dr Boustany and his staff are amazing! They truly change lives! My husband and I both came to Revive in April 2024 with different situations. From the very first visit, we were made to feel welcomed and comfortable. There was never a time we didn't feel 100% confident that we were in good hands. The first photo is from a little over a year ago, the day my husband and I chose our wedding venue. (I HATED THAT PHOTO SO MUCH) The second photo is from our wedding last weekend, after Dr Boustany and his staff worked their magic. Pictures are worth 1000 words, so I'll let them speak for themselves. I just can't thank them enough for restoring my confidence, all their hard work and caring souls! I just had implant surgery. I was so nervous and doc and his team went out of their way to put me at ease before I went under. I did my research and went around to different places. All the other places I felt like a number and they just wanted my money. I felt like I was a burden asking questions at a few of these places. It threw me off how nice and welcoming this staff was I got use to being treated as a check. You know just cold shut up here's the price. I got here and doc and his staff made me feel like they cared and took time to explain and treat me like a human. Every appointment after I chose them the staff was still so polite and welcoming and doc would always come in and he wasn't fake he remembered me I felt safe and trusted them and that's a big deal for me. My teeth were in bad shape. I was embarrassed and self conscious and they made me it go away. The anesthesiologist was top notch I love that lady she's went through everything and was very comforting. I just can't say enough about these guys. I really did my research and went through a bunch of dental appointments before I settled on revive. I'm going to go a head and tell you don't waste your time revive is the best I found I went from Atlanta,GA to new york,ny to Lexington ky to Cleveland oh. Revive has them beat on everything from price to care to finance to lab. I would recommend them to anyone.

Continue…. Wouldn’t let post all under one acct… I kept seeing the building then the sign for Revive. I knew it had no affiliation with Mountain State ( I ground down and chipped my bone spurs with a deremel) I knew it wasn’t Affordable Dentures that members of my family had gone to, and I hated their teeth. I had considered another chain (forgot the name) with locations in Beckley and Charleston. I even went to the one in Beckley once, but was so uncomfortable I didn’t go back. THEN my dog opened the vanity drawer that wasn’t completely shut and chewed my denture, breaking it. I fixed it as best as I could and called Revive. I can certainly say that from age 2-44 I had not received the service, dedication, perseverance, patience, and COMFORT in a dental office until I walked into Revive. Chad or any of the assistants,techs,etc never once made me feel uneasy about having dentures at my age. I’ve never smoked, never drank more than 1-2 at dinner with friends, and never did any drugs….all trying to be healthy (my family was not and are all dead now) yet my teeth looked horrible prior to being pulled, and at a young age, in WV…if you have bad teeth, no teeth and slender - well people just looked at me funny. It was embarrassing. I have ENJOYED the staff of Revive, feeling more comfortable around them with no teeth, then I do at home, in case my girls happen to see me…… Then Chad and Chase did their thing; God given, plus dedication to education and perfection… and I have been blown away!!! I have smiled, even though the “look” wasn’t quite right, they fit, are comfortable and Chad even going a step beyond to make sure I’m happy with the appearance, as well as his pride in his craft!! Chase as well! I’m not finished yet- but there’s no better place to go, and it’s worth every dollar - it would’ve saved me money years ago if I had known!!!! I’ll continue to Sing your praises and rave on to anyone willing to listen!
