Everyone is kind and caring, always seems happy to see you. The staff and Dr’s are excellent at their job. Just a very great experience every time I go. Easy to schedule an appointment and they are great at explaining what is covered by insurance. I hope you’ll give them a try. You won’t regret it!

The folks at this practice are great and very thorough with the cleaning and oral exams. They take the time to explain things and are very detail oriented. This rating would have been 5 stars had it not been for a very rude front desk employee who checked me out. In my particular instance, I required a follow up for which I was told that the estimated benefits for my insurance coverage would be explained to me at check out. When I got to the desk, I mentioned that I probably owed an amount for the fluoride that was not covered for the current visit and I knew that an explanation of benefits for the follow up was being looked into and I was happy to pay for the fluoride for the current visit. The individual cut me off mid sentence to explain that we can deal with the fluoride once the benefits for the follow up were determined and seemed irritated that I was trying to be up front about my current amount owed. After the benefits for the up coming visit were determined and I agreed to the estimated amount and follow up date was scheduled, the employee then began to process my current payment for the non covered services. When I began to politely request an itemized bill in order to be able to submit it to my flexible spending account, the individual seemed irritated at the request, further explaining that I cited the wrong amount and that a detailed breakdown will be provided. I only requested the detailed break down one time in this exchange so it wasn't apparent why the request would be bothersome given in the past unless specifically requested, only a receipt was provided to me which would not have been enough to process as part of the health care spending account required detail. I will chalk this up to the person having a bad day but I was a little taken back by how short the person was, especially in a customer facing role.

I’ve been a long time customer and as always, I recently had an excellent experience at Reston Family and Cosmetic Dentistry. The office is spotless and modern, yet provides a welcoming atmosphere. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and professional, making you feel right at home. Dr. Monica Neshat and Dr. Joy Jang are both outstanding, demonstrating extensive knowledge and skill (and always delivering positive results) during my visits. They ensure that every appointment is comfortable and informative. I wholeheartedly recommend this practice to anyone seeking quality dental care. 👍🏼
