Went in with major tooth pain from a filling. Dr. J. Wong saw me and ensured he would take care of the pain. Sure enough after an x-ray he performed a root canal on tooth #15. The pain was gone and I experienced relief. Dr. J. Wong and staff are very professional and kind. He is very knowledgeable. This is the second time I had to visit Dr. J. Wong and it was as pleasant as the first time. Would highly recommend Renovo for all you dental needs.

Dr. Gaw and the whole staff at the Elgin location deserve a greater review and a greater thanks than I can provide on the internet. Dr. Gaw and her assistant, Evelyn went above and beyond to make my root canal, dare I say, pleasurable. I went in a nervous wreck. The whole atmosphere in the office feels more like a spa than a dentist office. Their attention to the comfort of their clients does not go unnoticed. Each room has a giant tv on the wall, playing soothing visuals. On my visit, it was an aquarium. The only time it changed was to go over my charts and X-rays with me. On the ceiling, they have a monitor as well. It is clearly there for patients to look at when they under go procedures, helping to ease the anxiety and put focus on something soothing. As soon as my procedure started, I realized that those screens were not going to be what soothed my anxiety, but the singing voice of Dr. Gaw. She sang Disney songs in the most soothing and beautiful voice I have ever heard. It was almost like a lullaby. I genuinely felt safe and cared about as if I was much more than a patient to her. The procedure seemed to fly by when typically, seconds feel like minutes during a procedure like that. I cannot say enough how thankful I am to Dr. Gaw and her team. The only complaint I have is that she cannot replace my dentist because she is a specialist. She is special, indeed. I have no doubt that if I ever need any other procedure like I had today, I would absolutely return to her care. Edit*** I have to add on to this review because I posted this the day I received care. The following morning, Dr. Gaw reached out to me personally to follow up with me on how I was feeling and to ensure all was well with the procedure. I have never had a doctor personally follow up with my care. To receive such genuine hospitality from a doctor sets an incredibly high bar. I hope that not only future patients read through these reviews and make educated decisions about their care, but providers read them as well as an example of exceptional service. I highly recommend Dr. Gaw for root canals! She is very nice,good at her work,and very helpful and seems to really care about her patients. She takes the time to explain everything clearly and go over your options on treatments.She follows up with you after treatment to see how you are doing.And she is always willing to answer any questions you may have either in office or by text. The staff at the desk is also very nice and helpful!

Everything you hear about Dr Jenna Gaw is true. Had a root canal done today, didn't even feel the shot because of the way she administers them. Completely painless and pretty fast. In addition to that she sings the whole time and it's great. Will return for any dental work than I need done. Also, Dr Gaw's assistant, Paula, was great and helped to keep me comfortable. Don't want to forget the nice ladies up front as well.

Dr. Gaw kindly treated me for an emergency situation with compassion and kindness. She is a wealth of information and explained everything thoughtfully. She made herself available to me with any questions at all at any time. The front desk person was equally helpful. I have a procedure coming up with Dr Gaw and I have the utmost confidence I will receive the best of care!
