Despite my consistent dental care every six months for years, they attempted to pressure me into costly X-rays and a full examination before allowing a cleaning. After I stated that I was not interested and offered to send my previous X-rays, they revealed that their hygienist was fully booked for the rest of the year. This approach felt deceptive and designed to upsell unnecessary services rather than prioritize patient care.

My daughter has been so nervous about visiting the dentist. Dr. Firas was great! He explained the treatment process and she was so happy she had her teeth done there.
