I have never personally used Red Rock Surgery Center, but I keep receiving bills addressed to someone who hasn't lived at my address for nearly five years. After trying the Return to Sender route with USPS multiple times (which clearly hasn't helped), I finally called the surgery center to explain the situation and suggest they try contacting the person directly. Unfortunately, the receptionist I spoke to was not only unhelpful but also rude and condescending, making what should have been a straightforward correction into an unnecessarily frustrating experience. This lack of professionalism and courtesy from their front desk staff is disappointing and reflects poorly on their overall service. I hope they take this feedback seriously and work on improving their approach to such simple issues.
