Friendly and welcoming office. Front desk staff were pleasant, friendly, and cheerful. My hygienist was attentive, careful, friendly, paid attention to my concerns and comments, did a good job cleaning my teeth, and provided helpful reminders and tips at the end. The dentist, Dr. Josephson, was knowledgeable, kind, friendly, and most pleasant. Quite a personable guy.

Very disappointed and upset with this place. Not with the dentist but the multiple times they are throwing in surprise costs. They sat me down for an estimate on a crown and when told they could get me in right away I questioned my concern about what my insurance would pay. I was assured what they told me was the cost (233.80) and right away they had me sign the estimate. Imagine my surprise when I got a bill for an additional 178.80! They never reiterated that it could be more or I would have never had it done! They know what a crown costs and what insurance pays so I feel it was a get me in right away so they could make the sale. This happened previously with xrays for an initial visit and my husband as well. When he called to inquire about the cost the lady gave him attitude and was rude! Another concern was being given 2 xrays without the apron. One before putting on the crown and one after. Never in all the times I've had crowns have I been given xrays before and after. Will not be going back any more nor recommending!!!

I recently visited Red Mountain Dentistry and had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming making me feel comfortable the moment I walked in. I had an emergency and needed my crown replaced. Dr. Josephson took the time to explain everything to me and made sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. I would definitely recommend Dr. Josephson and his staff to anyone in need of a great dentist!

I would give the service a 5 except for one thing. I wish there was continuity for assistants, hygienist tried 3 etc. There seems to be a revolving door. They're good but would like to see a familiar face that's familiar with my history. Dr Josephsen - can't get any better! Tried 3 other dentists after mine retired. Dr J is outstanding - will not go elsewhere.

Friendly, Efficient and Caring Workforce! Dr. Scott and Haley were great! Spent more than a few hours in the chair and they made it as pleasant as possible. I would recommend these folks to Anyone - I think they’re “The Best!”

Red Mountain family dental has been my dentist for more than 10 years. After a botched root canal with another dentist, I sought care ftom Dr. Josephson and I have never considered another dentist. I continue to travel from Flagstaff for cleanings or treatment because of their superior quality and care.

The friendliest staff ever!! Everyone at this office is so sweet and caring. If you’re scared of going to the dentist I recommend Red Mountain Family they are so patient and genuine.
