Ray Family Dental Care

Today was my first time coming in! Exceptional customer service, and very friendly staff! Dr.Ray knows his stuff, and made feel at ease about my dental visit. My son also came with me and the staff was very good with him! Will definitely be back! Thank you!

I have not gone to a dentist for a very long time. I was nervous and extremely anxious. I walked in and was warmly greeted. I was called back and Ellie (hygienist) was incredible. She explained everything to me. The selling point for me and why I will go back, I didn't feel the pain when giving numb shots. I was amazed. Then the kicker was no pressure about what needs to be done. Ray's Family Dentist is going to be my dental home.

Today was my second visit where I actually had work done which was a deep cleaning. Mattie was my hygienist who is amazing and put me right at ease. The entire staff at Dr Ray is amazing. Am so blessed that I found Dr Ray. Dr. Ray is the type of dentist and dental office is just like what I grew up with.

The only reason for a low score is due to scheduling. I came in for an implant to be placed and Dr. Ray was out of office with another Dr. substituting for him. The sub was fine, but i don't know why i wasn't rescheduled to come in a day that Dr. Ray WAS in, as I now have to return so Dr. Ray can ‘verify’ the implant is fitting well. It isn't, it is a bit loose and to top it off, I cannot chew on one side of my mouth due to a temp filling in the implant, which will be fixed next week when. J need to return to have this corrected/finalized. Living in Maricopa makes these repeat visits not as ideal, as its a 40 minute trip to get to the office. Service by staff is genuinely good as it usually is, but al confounded as to why i wasn't just rescheduled for the next day the Dr. was available, as I wouldn't have minded, seeing as how the current situation is less than ideal. Still a solid 3 stars for the staff and the usual great treatment from Dr. Ray and team. Edit - 7/25 Dr. Ray and his team reached out right away to remedy this issue, implant secured and no issues in sight for the time being!

Dr. Ray and his staff are the best. He must have the world's friendliest dental office. He was our dentist for the 13 years we lived in AZ, and he's still our dentist even though we moved to TN in 2019. I happened to chip a front tooth while visiting AZ Thanksgiving 2024, and his office had me in the very next morning and took incredible care of me. And his dental hygienist, Jamie, was super nice, engaging, and did a fantastic job cleaning my teeth. If you're not local to the Phoenix area, Dr. Ray is worth the plane flight or drive to make him your dentist.

We're very fortunate to have found DR Ray and his clinic when we moved from out of state. Without a doubt the best dentist our family had visited. DR Ray has a personal touch always and genuinely cares for us as patients. His staff has always been friendly and very helpful when dealing with insurance issues. Great practice to visit for any members of the family

I came to Dr. Ray a couple of years ago needing several dental procedures and repairs done on dental work that had been done incorrectly. Every aspect of my experiences, from the more complicated implants and crowns, to my regular cleanings have been gold standard. Any time I have an issue come up unexpectedly they have seen me right away and gone out of their way to take care of it, always going above and beyond my expectations. Dr. Ray’s friendly and relaxed demeanor allows for an office culture that embodies that same approach and I have not had a single person I have interacted with that I haven’t found to be wonderful. I have moved my whole family there and from my 14year old to my husband they all have been equally happy.

Friendly, kind, honest people! Dr Ray is funny, knowledgeable and answers all questions with easy to understand answers. No condemnation, only respect. I wish I had found this office sooner. I would definitely recommend Ray Family Dental
