Excellent professional, caring and beyond knowledgeable. She goes above and beyond to make sure we are comfortable and well taken care of. I tried a couple of dentists but she is so far my number one. She also spelled Portuguese which is a plus. I recommend!

Raquel and her team were amazing, this was the most thorough visit/exam I have ever had. The in depth technology and Raquel’s experience gave me a complete understanding of what work I needed and why. The staff was incredibly friendly and very knowledgeable, their answers to my questions were informative and educational.

They called me twice in one day to get me confirm my appointment and acted as if they would cancel my appointment if I didn't confirm. I booked an appointment as a new client about a month ago. I've never seen this done before and I've been going to dentists for a long time. The tone of the receptionist acted like I was a nuisance for not answering my phone during working hours. It made me so uncomfortable, I'm going to cancel my appointment. Work on your professionalism, I just don't have the bandwidth in my life to have someone be rude to me while they clean my teeth.

Dr. Reis and her team are great! I’ve been going to Dr. Reis for 10+ years. She’s very knowledgeable and makes sure her clients leave with a happy smile! She’s one of the few dentist in Illinois who is DSD certified. I definitely recommend giving her a visit.
