This is a wonderful clinic! The hygenist Payton does an amazing job, and is very pleasant to work with! Dr. Vawter answered all of my questions, and planned treatment with confidence that was reassuring. On top of this, I was delighted when the price quote for my treatment was very reasonable compared to another local dental office! Rapid City Dental Clinic definitely secured my family's business!

No one likes to go to the dentist...but this team of professionals puts you at ease as soon as you walk through their door! The front desk staff is very friendly, very helpful and very personal. They made me feel like I was a friend and not as a patient. The dentist assistant ensured I was comfortable during my treatment and gave me updates on my visit the entire time I was there. The doctor listened intently to my concerns and made sure I understood what needed to be done during my visit. I truly believe I will no longer have the anxiety when I need to make another appointment(s) because I know this team will take care of me! I was so impressed by the staff there and their facility. They did a new patient assessment of my teeth and we talked about a filling that I needed, And due to cancelations, they were able to squeeze me in today to have my cavities filled that were really bothering me. They did an amazing job. I really appreciated everything they did it really felt like they were just going the extra mile.m to make sure I left pain free.

Have been to many dentists and this place is great! Clean and neat, great people working there. They don’t make you feel bad for being away from the dentist for years or what kind of insurance you are using. Thanks for the help today and can’t wait to fix my smile with you guys.

I was so pleased with the care I received from Dr. Vawter and the team here. I had a broken tooth and was experiencing horrible pain. I left a message over the weekend--they actually returned my call first thing Monday morning and offered to get me in immediately! From the off, everyone was welcoming, warm, and kind. For someone like me who feels a lot of anxiety during dental visits, they could not have been more reassuring. I was able to get the tooth taken care of; Dr. Vawter thoroughly explained everything from the how's and why's of the procedure to care instructions afterwards. He patiently answered all my questions, too (I probably had too many). The dental assistant (I'm terrible with remembering names) also took excellent care of me the entire time. Another thing I appreciated is how seamlessly they worked together. Not a single issue. I've had too many negative dental experiences, so to find a dental clinic such as this one is incredibly refreshing and a relief. I finally found a dentist I'm not scared to visit.

As a new patient of Dr. Vawter's, I appreciated his honesty. He took one look at my x-rays and said it would be cheaper for me to get dentures than to try and repair my teeth. The other dentists saw $ signs and kept working on my teeth. He's the only one who was honest with me, even though I didn't like what I was hearing. And he doesn't even do dentures, so he wasn't going to get anything from telling me that.

I went in with extreme tooth, gum, and jaw pain. From the moment I called to schedule the appointment(they even got me in earlier) to the moment I walked out of there I was treated so kindly and compassionate! They were amazing at listening to what was going on, and where the pain was. The dr came in and re explained my treatment options with me and told me that there was a wisdom tooth up in my gum almost on top of the tooth that was hurting so we decided to get it out to! He took such care and gentleness. I highly recommend this place for anyone!! The staff know their jobs and take pride in being so kind and understanding!! Easily the BEST dental care I’ve ever received!!! I will be planning all my family’s dental appointments with them in the future!!
