Just had my first visit to Dr. Sahakian's office and it was great! Scheduling over the phone was easy, the staff were all very welcoming, and the office was very nicely decorated for the holidays. My hygienist Laurie is my new favorite hygienist, she was super sweet and considerate. I also appreciated her explanations of each thing she did and why it mattered. The Doctor himself was also nice, open to any questions and very welcoming attitude. I highly recommend them! Got a nice little goodie bag and best wishes on my way out :) The accepted insurances as of my visit are Altis, Cigna DPPO, BCBS Indemnity, Delta Dental Premier, United Healthcare National PPO only.

I feel blessed to have found Dr. Sahakian and staff as they are so professional, knowledgeable, and caring....dentist and staff! Dr. Sahakian is meticulous, takes pride in his work, listens, and his staff is very pleasant, too.

I want to express my admiration for Dr. Ralph Sahakian. He is exceptional at his job and takes pride in providing excellent service to all his patients. His staff is also wonderful and works together seamlessly. Dr. Sahakian recently helped me with my dental care, making sure all my teeth were in the best condition before getting braces. He created personalized treatment plans that met my needs. I am grateful for Dr. Sahakian's expertise and dedication. He goes above and beyond for his patients to ensure they have the best treatment plan. Coming from Jamaica, I didn't have such thorough and great service, but Dr. Sahakian understood my situation and helped in every way possible for my dental health. Dawn has such a refreshing personality and exceptional customer service skills. Karrin is great, ensuring my appointments are booked and reminding me so I don't miss them. Lastly, Brianna was an excellent hygienist who took her time to ensure my teeth were in great shape. Kudos to all the workers, you are all awesome. I will definitely rate the business a 10/10 for all their services. Keep up the wonderful work and I will definitely refer to my fellow coworkers. Thanks again

My grandfather, father and myself drive 3 and half hours both ways from Maine, to see Dr. Shakian. Ralph is a one of a kind dentist. Not only does he show great knowledge in everything he talks about, he also shows great care aswell. A life long friend. Thank you for the wonderful service Ralph.

When I first moved to Worcester, I needed specialized jaw surgery. I figured the jaw surgeon has seen all the others dentists work in the area and knew who was good and who to avoid. I asked the jaw surgeon who was the best dentist. Without hesitation he told me it is Ralph Sahakian. That was twenty years ago. My parents go to him based upon my recommendation. Ralph is personable and professional. He has earned my trust. His staff has been with him for decades. He does the work that is needed for the patient. He has never tried to sell me an 'upgrade' that would pad his profits. When I asked about a cosmetic procedure he told me not to do it. His work is patient centered. If you want high quality dental work he is the Doctor who want to see. I am pleased he has no plans to retire.
