I've been to *many* dentists in Raleigh over the past 45+ years, and Dr Rodriguez is BY FAR the best skilled in patient communication, professional skills (including seamless interaction with her dental assistants during a procedure), overall patient care, and somehow performing dental care of damaged teeth with effectively zero-pain. She also is very open and honest when discussing priority of any future care or issues that need to be addressed, focusing on the best way to keep your healthy teeth in good shape, and properly prioritizing teeth that need further care -- not by prioritizing care based on how much money *they* would make - but by what makes sense for your best long-term outcome. If you have any questions or concerns, Dr Rodriguez will have a real, full conversation with you about if, why, how, and when you need to have any other work performed including a general idea of any expected future costs. I'm almost hesitant to leave such a positive review because I don't want the office to become TOO well known. ;-) BTW, it's not just Dr Rodriguez - the whole staff has been awesome.

Dr Rodriguez is absolutely amazing. She has to be the best dentist I have ever been to and I have been to a lot through the last 65 years. No pain, very considerate, expert in her field and just plain pleasant to be around. Trust me this is where you want your teeth cared for!!

From my first phone call while in terrible pain to having my tooth pulled today, this practice and everyone who works there have been nothing short of pleasant, kind, considerate, patient and professional. I went to an emergency dentist and an endodontist first who fell so short in every possible way, leaving me in pain and tears, before finding Dr. Melcher. I will definitely be going to this office for all my dental needs and recommend Raleigh Implant and Family Dentistry to anyone who needs a good dentist.

Friendly front desk staff! Just Loved Jennifer who cleaned my teeth for the first time and she was very gentle. Dr. Melcher was friendly and knowledgeable- just love how kind he is and very caring. You will just Love this office!!

Dr Rodriguez and the whole staff are amazing! I have a lot of anxiety around procedures and going to the dentist. Dr Rodriguez and Nora spent extra time to make sure that I was comfortable and they helped calm my fears every step of the way. They talked me through taking deep breaths, explained the procedures and the tools they were using, and constantly checked in to make sure that I was comfortable. They went above and beyond what I have experienced at any other dental practice. You can tell everyone here truly loves their job and takes pride in caring for others. I highly recommend this practice!

I generally hate dental visits, always had a bad experience. I thought I needed a filling which ended up as a root canal, I started to sweat when I was told. Well 2.5 hours later I was on my way home and pain free. I mean PAIN free through the entire operation. 5 star, highly recommended. Great service, friendly, compassionate, professional. So happy I found these friends.
