Competent dentist. However, way too many patients. They accept any new patients, knowing they do not have openings to accommodate. Their schedule openings for routine cleanings are 90+ days out. Their policy is to book, book, book appointments and then play the 'wait until we have a cancellation game.' They rely on 'last minute cancellations' to 'get you in'. They want you to make an appointment 6-9 months in advance, knowing you don't know your schedule, and will have to cancel or change it. (Thus plugging up the appointment book- making it worse for everyone.) We were told to 'make the appointment, anyway.' - denying someone who might really need it. This is the method this office uses to maximize money flow. Uncertainty and hap-hazard regarding appointments is not welcome to our family's schedule.

Amazing, as usual. This place has a knack for being quick and efficient, while still being customer service focused. Dr. McGann is swift and painless and even keeps my little daughter at ease for her visits.

I had a good experience at Rainbow Valley Dental as always. I got implants and it was a long experience but it was totally worth it. I have my confidence back , I can eat food without any problems . My implants feel good , totally natural. Dr McGann delivered just what was promised from the beginning. She is a very good dentist. The staff is friendly professional and good as well. Rainbow is a great place to go for all of your dental needs because they do just what they say they are going to do.

Went in for a broken tooth. Theh got me in quickly. Staff were attentive and polite. The dentist was amazing. Got me numb very quickly when usually it take forever. She is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced. I will be back :)

I went in to see if I could schedule an extraction on a broken tooth. It turned out they had time to do it that day. I am insured. The dentist was kind and made sure I was numb. I am terrified of going to the dentist. I was reassured through the procedure that I was doing great (in spite of the nervous tears running down my face). Excellent payment plans. They also have a plan for reduced cost regular dental care. I'm so glad I walked through those doors last week.
