What dentist have you ever texted on a Sunday morning at around 8 am and got a complete answer by 8:10 am the same day on sunday?? And made an appointment for my wife and self on the next day!!!! I can tell you I have called and texted many dentist and NEVER GOT A RESPONSE THAT FAST EVER!!! I think I found my new dentist for all our dental needs!! Just showing this kind of response tells me he's a caring man about taking care of a totally new patients needs!!!! on a Sunday morning at 8:00 am!! Thank you Mr Rafael E. My hygienist Eric was very responsive and kind when I shared my tooth sensitivity and anxiety about cleanings. My experience was totally pain free and I felt heard and understood as a patient. Dr. Temset was also responsive to my questions and very reassuring. I am pleased with my choice of I.Dentical for my dental care!

Since walking in I knew I was going to love it. Everyone was so welcoming and warm and was constantly being checked on while I waited for my appointment to make sure I was ok. Then I had my appointment and everything was so great. They made sure To communicate everything that needed to be done and What could be done so i could get the best price possible after my insurance. Absolutely a great environment and amazing job! Super happy about making the decision on coming here.

I would give no stars but this is the only way I can leave my review. I went to this dentist last year and was given a fair quote, I put a deposit down and waited for my next visit. Turns out that I couldn't get the work done because I relocated for a job and informed this dental company that I no longer needed the work done and requested my deposit back. That was August 18th, when I didn't receive my check by the 28th, I emailed Leslie and she said the check would be sent out that week. It is now September I emailed her again on the11th and was told you should have received it by now, which I know she never sent my money back like she said and they have kept my money gaining interest from it. This is THE WORST DENTAL COMPANY EVER!!! Don't do business with them!!! My next appointment is with the BBB to inform them of this company's predatory activity when a patient asks for a refund. I have just started and will not stop until they are out of business.

Dr. Yanez has taken care of me and my husband for years. He and his staff are warm and welcoming. The ambiance in the office is relaxing. I always have an excellent experience. He is the best!
