Radiant Smiles V

Radiant Smiles is a great place. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The doctors are very gentle and very nice. It’s always scary to go to the dentist but they make you feel at home and at ease. I would definitely recommend them to everyone. Plus they play really good music in the office.

I hate going to doctors and dentists. Let me tell you this place is wonderful. The staff is super friendly. They make you feel like family. I had 5 teeth pulled 3 wisdom and 2 molders. They are good, real good, especially I'm afraid of needles. I will continue to go to them for future needs. Dr. T Chau was totally awesome and fast. You can watch TV as you get work done on your teeth. The place is clean state of the art. Glad I found this place??

Man … I updated my positive review from 5 years ago and I really wish I didn’t have to. There are some nice people working in the office and I was a loyal patient for 6 years. And yes- I bought the insurance on my first visit years ago and kept it since then . Over the years we did a total of 14 crowns , ansley’s fillings and some root canals. Easily totals up to 20k in bills. Majority but not all covered by insurance. Now one of my crowns fell off and was just gone and instead of apologizing and replacing it - I was charged $630!!!! May I just point out - they did that crown originally. Now I been told they only offer one year guarantee on crowns (most dentist offer 3-5 years) and they won’t honor it if you didn’t keep up with your regular 3 month cleaning ?!? Absurd. My insurance only covers one crown per tooth every 5 years . Understandable because they have the justified expectation that a crown should last at least that long. But not here - now I am stuck with the bill even though I did nothing wrong and they collected a total of $1300 when they put it in. I had no choice but to get the crown replaced and payed for it but I will never ever come back here, have reported the whole thing to my insurance and will report them to the State Dental Board :( such a disappointing ending to my years with them

I haven't been to the dentist in a while and I had an appointment at Radiant Smiles V recently. I am disabled and walk with a walker. Radiant Smiles V was awesome. They were pleasant and very professional. They made me feel very comfortable. They explained my options of dental care and told me about possible finance options as well. Matthew was especially helpful and the front office ladies were great as well. I would recommend this office for your dental care.

I have been to many dental clinics in my time and this Radiant Smiles 5 is hands down the best!!’ From the receptionist, the dentist and to all the staff - they are all well mannered, efficient and professional in all they did for me!!! Everything from my fillings to cleaning and crown issues were explained very thoroughly 😆😆 I definitely recommend y’all go here at the Lake Mead branch!! Prices are very very reasonable !! I am sending other members of my family to them also!! Thank you Radiant Smiles 5!!! 😆😆
