There staff is very professional and very clean office. My complaint is every 6 months I go in for a cleaning they say the same thing. Sorry your insurance will not cover the cleaning because you need a Deep Cleaning. They started at around $900 and now it’s closer to $1,200. So I just don’t make anymore appointments because they do not do a normal clean. They say it will not help in anyway

I recently became a new patient at Radiant Smiles and i'm glad I did! The whole team from the receptionist to the assistants to the oral surgeon were so nice and put my comfort first. I had Gezzel as my assistant and Dr. Torres for my procedure and they managed to not make me freak out and I didn't feel any pain at all! I definitely recommend this place and I'm for sure sticking to them as my primary dentists!

Very noble staff. This was my first time going to them and I would recommend! Sam did a great job at explaining the payment plan process. I went on a Saturday, they did take a little long but Saturdays are their busiest days which is understandable. Other than that great group of people!

First time visit gotta say Sam and staff are the best i really appreciate the time and effort they made to accommodate all my needs. The office is small but super comfortable and the staff makes you feel very welcomed. It really felt like all your needs are top priority for them which is a new personal experience for me being in a orthodontist office. I enjoyed the most is how they take the time to provide detailed information of whats going on in your mouth aswell as financial wise. Thank you Radiant Smiles office in Nellis cant wait for my next visit. Keep up the great work?

Best dental office ever. Sam (The Director) and Dr. Lea the best care of me. Sam went out of his way to work with the pricing that fits best with my budget and he was able to make magic happen (BTW, you're the best Sam) and Dr. Lea gave me the most painless dental care that I ever received in my life. I love it here.

Staff is great! Professional and personable, felt like friends by the time I left. Great music playing. Sam makes it happen financially. Process took a while for three crowns, however they worked with my schedule. Thanks

This place is a joke I had payment plan for my daughters service In which my payments were always made before visits and supposedly in line with her final treatment date here comes the day for her braces to be removed and with my balance being paid in full they’re refusing to remover her braces due to their office not billing her insurance in a timely manner and they now want me to pay the rest before taking off her braces I thought the point of the payment plan is to be done paying by the time the treatment is completed . The day of her appointment to have them taking off I get pulled into room with the office manager to let me know there was still a balance which this would be the first time I’m hearing this because I’ve made all of my payments according to the office manager they were not up to date on billing insurance and that was the reason for them wanting me to pay the remainder balance left for insurance absolutely not I did my part the office manager then says he will look into thing and call me back with an answer 3 months later and I still haven’t heard from and my daughter still has her braces on I’ve called left messages no response I walk in and there n meetings can’t get any call back
