I had so bad experience with Vanessa, so unprofessional. Sending me messages on Spanish and after that didn’t even apologize. If it’s something important like rescheduling she needs to make sure people know even if you need to call ( I don’t even mention how she assumes that I speak Spanish). Let’s start that when I schedule my first appointment they charge me $350 only for x-ray and check up without cleaning. Overpriced, unprofessional and rude….

Dr. Stepanenkov is hands down the best dentist I have ever had, and I have seen quite a lot over the past twenty years. I can honestly say that he is the only one who practically makes the whole process painless, regardless of what needs to be done, which is nothing short of a miracle! He is kind, attentive, and just simply one of the best humans I have had the pleasure of conversing with. Highly recommend to everyone

Dr. Stepanenkov is a great professional. That said, since Covid-19 the quality of his services have been on a steady decline. I have been receiving his services for the better part of 10 years and it troubles me the turn his business has taken in quality of service and overall experience after he moved it a block from its original location. I understand that his business is not immune from the labor shortages the affect every aspect of the economy, however, I get the feeling that the good doc has already checked out and is now just going through the motions of letting someone else run the business. I hope Dr. Stepanenkov realizes this sooner rather than later. He truly is a great doctor and we will miss him.

I moved to Madison a little over a year ago. After a month of settling down, I felt that my tooth is chipped. Having problems with teeth before and "dental fear" I was scared that it will be again a root canal procedure. When I came to the office Dr. Stepanenkov not only found a spot in his busy schedule, but also treated my teeth with just a filing and NO pain. I mean, literally, I did not feel anything from the needle to numb the area. I already had 2 cleanings with amazing staff members. Yesterday I came again to fix 2 filings and asked about another tooth, that bothered me for a while. I (again) had a fear of root canal, but Dr. Stepanenkov did (again) amazing job with no pain, quite fast filing. and I can eat my ice cream without pain now, and NO root canal. Additionally i was avoiding to chew food on that side, but now it is so awesome to be free of pain. Highly recommend! He speaks Russian, which helps me A LOT, since all the medical term in english makes me scared even more... The staff members are so welcoming, careful and overall impression from the office deserves ALL possible stars!

First saw Dr. Stepanenkov when I needed an emergency crown done last November and have since been back for regular cleaning and another needed crown. Extremely satisfied with the quality of the work and the professionalism of the staff. Very nice people and best of all, it didn't feel like a dental mill - they took the time to do the job correctly. Plus, they have all the latest technology at their disposal.
