Please work on your front desk staff, who are attending the calls. They have 0% customer care and ethics. I called more 20 times since yesterday to schedule an appointment, no one attended! Today I called someone attended she was very disrespectful and rude. she was telling me you can go somewhere else if you don’t like us, just because I complained why you guys are unable to to attend the calls. As MA I’m doing the same job for years, I never told the patient if you don’t like us you can somewhere else, even though I had very tough patients and rude behaviors. When the patient is complaining, that doesn’t means they don’t like you, actually that means the provider is giving hard time by any ways, and you should hear the complaints and problems and try to to find a solution for them, not to tell them if you don’t like us you can go somewhere else. I understand some employees don’t care what they are doing, but this kind of customer care, ethics with patients is very dangerous for the business owner, will hugely negatively affect your business by the time.

I needed a check-up and cleaning and the receptionist was able to schedule a visit on the same day. She was super nice. Dr. Sharie Tan Reyes and her assistant took great care of my dental cleaning, x-ray examination, and overall checkup. Highly recommended. Great staff :))

?Cons: - poorly organized office - staff/receptionist do not run it smoothly - on multiple instances my appointment was canceled/delayed.. 1 time I showed up for my appointment and they didn’t have my lab work (crowns) delivered - as a BUSINESS unit it sucks ✅Why 5 star review ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I got 4 crowns and 6 veneers done there. 1️⃣ the dentist Dr Kotrob did a very thorough tooth prep (didn’t rush and was very meticulous with each tooth) 2️⃣ the dentist made temp crowns himself…and took some time to make them fully comfortable for me A lot of other dentists outsource it to dental assistant to save time and increase $ earned per /hr. 3️⃣ My temp crowns fit me well(no gum issues, no pain etc). 4️⃣ Once my perm crowns were made the dentist examined them VERY thoroughly for both esthetics and functionality. ✅ As a result all of the veneers and crowns that I got fit me really well and I was happy with how they look - I had zero issues with my bite, teeth sensitivity etc. - From day #1 crowns and veneers just felt very natural in my mouth. Dr Kotrob is a great thorough dentist with a good eye for esthetics. I recently went to another dentist with a very nice organized office. Very courteous stuff, very smooth scheduling, superb equipment However I got poorly fitting crowns because the dentist was overbooked, rushed and outsourced 70% of the work to assistant. He was trying to maximize profit per hr instead of focusing on providing the best quality of treatment. Dr Kotrob on the contrary always tried to give my teeth attention and time. As a dentist he deserves 5 stars. As a business owner/business runner he would get a different rating:)

I have tried many times to reach someone at this office. I have left several messages and texts. They just don't care about taking care of patient's needs. When I finally got someone to call me back, I told them I had called them all last week with no return, and I asked why and they just said "we were closed".! I asked why and they said "um, the doctor was out". So, no message on their phone to say "Sorry we are closed this week!, But leave your message and we'll get right back to you." Clearly, they don't know how to run a business, or care anything about customer service! I just want my records so I can move to another Dentist that cares!! I wish there was a way to give them NO stars.

The staff here are pretty awesome. I went here for a veneer groupon that I purchased. Although we had some difficulty in getting the order correct from the veneer lab, the staff was very patient with me every time I went into the office. They really do take their time and make sure they get it right. The office is also very clean, although small, and has beautiful photography hanging that the dentist did himself. Overall, great!

Sab was really good & did a good job on my moms deep cleaning.

Im am very happy and overwhelmed by the service what a great experience i just moved from the south to California and this place is very good
