We were referred to Pura Vida for a consultation. It is clear they are patient-centered, as the staff was able to make our 10-year-old feel comfortable from the very beginning. They are very kind, personable and attentive. I also appreciate that they weren't pushy and honest about not yet needing braces. We will be back in the future!

Best experience anyone could dream of! The team listens to your needs, and supports you 110% of the way. I needed a number of refinements, and the team worked with me to tweak the 3D modeling during an in person visit, and kindly brainstormed how to get the exact look I was seeking. If I could rate then 6/5 stars, I would.

My daughter gets very nervous about new things and the staff at Pura Vida has been so great with her. They let her record her concerns and walk her through procedures. I'm so grateful for their patience!

Both of my children started their Orthodontic treatments at Pura Vida in Spring Lake Park. Opening the second office in Lino Lakes made the visits much more convenient for us! Same fantastic Orthodontist at both locations (my kids received treatment from Dr. Alisa Madson who I would highly recommend). Super friendly helpful staff at both locations! It is nice to be able to select whichever office works for you for each individual appointment. This flexibility is helpful with busy schedules. The results were amazing! My kids' teeth turned out perfect! They are finally happy to smile!
