The staff are all amazing and we absolutely love the office! So friendly, welcoming, informative and want to make sure that you are comfortable! I highly recommend them to everyone!

Puntillo and Crane is the best in the area by hands down. Every time I walked in for my appointments I was greeted by just a warm and welcoming staff. The Merrillville office is where most of my visits took place and there was never a visit that I left not feeling good. Mrs. Rachael and Mrs. Stephanie are the absolute best I love them and it was such a pleasure working with them!!!

As a woman in my 30s, I had low expectations for my experience with having braces. Then I challenged myself to start this journey with my teenage daughter as we both needed this badly. Puntillo and Crane has been an absolutely wonderful experience, month after month and year after year in the best way! Every doctor and every staff member has felt like family and there is nothing I have to complain about. I even encouraged my significant other to start his journey and he did! So we are all glad to be a part of the P&C family.

In addition to excellent doctors and staff, the office uses latest state of the art technology. What I like about all of Puntillo & Crane offices is that they provide superb customer service. I had emergency few hours before leaving town. They opened office for me 10 minutes before they start so they can take care of me. They were willing and patient when I have to reschedule my child's appointment. I never do reviews but because I had such a great experience in all the situations mentioned above I thought it is my duty to share it with the world.

It was a really good experience for my son Matthew Wallace & me. The women who took care of removing his spacers did a great job of explaining everything. Dr. Crane also did an excellent job explaining about the expander & then I was shown how to turn it once with the key. Unfortunately I struggled turning the key the next morning but his dad was able to do it.
