Dr. Dam and the Prudential Dental team has been wonderful to work with. From routine cleanings to more in-depth procedures, I have felt cared for and accommodated. The Prudential Dental team is full of friendly and knowledgeable staff and I am happy that I made the switch!

Best dentist and best dental staff my wife and I have ever been to. The professionalism, care, and patient-centric attention they give is unmatched. I’m a nervous dental person but they found a solution to avoid a root canal and give me an on-lay, which my previous dentist never offered. They clean your teeth at routine visits and you can’t even feel it. They don’t pressure you or make you feel bad if you need work, either. The best of the best clinically and professionally.

Simply put the team at Prudential Dental is incredible. From the first time I set foot into the practice I was made to feel welcome, heard, and ordinary in the best of ways. Audria, the excellent dental hygienist, helped me get settled in for my first visit and took me effortlessly through a dental cleaning and scans. Her humor and skill put me at ease, and I’d come to find that to be quite commonplace at Prudential Dental Associates. My second visit was also quick and painless, the hygienist I had that time was also incredibly welcoming and took every step possible to make me feel comfortable in my time. I was taken for an x-ray. Here I met Dr. Gheddaf Dam and we set up a future date to remove all 4 of my wisdom teeth and fix an old filling in one go. My third visit was to do just that. The moment I walked in I was greeted by their lovely staff at the front desk, namely Talia the Office Manager who took me quickly through the process of setting up my card on file, getting caught up on any copays. I was then promptly taken to a room to begin my procedure by Claudia, another great team member. She was kind, warm, and welcoming all throughout my visit. Between her and Dr. Gheddaf Dam, they worked to remove all four of my wisdom teeth and repair a filling, all while overcoming any and every obstacle with grace and professionalism. Never once on my visit was I made to feel that my comfort was something that needed to be foregone to rush through the process. They met an unfortunately stubborn (and admirably tough) little wisdom tooth that made things a little more complicated, but at the end of the day all four teeth were out and I was immediately set up with all possible prescriptions, advice, and even a follow up appointment just to ensure it all went well. As a cherry on top I received a warm text directly from Dr. Gheddaf Dam the next morning, checking in on me. Prudential Dental Associates houses a world class team of people who exemplify professionalism, knowledge, empathy, and kindness.

Dr. Hamasat Cheddaf Dam is an excellent dentist. She took care of my teeth long time ago when she was teaching at Tufts Dental School. I lost contact with her for years until recently… After the crown was attached to my implant by another specialist in another office, I had persistent pain for almost a year. I had been back & forth between that dental office & my house more than half a dozen times. The pain persisted. Finally, I decided to find another implant specialist for a second opinion. To my surprise, I found Dr. Cheddaf Dam, an implant specialist, in Boston Magazine. After the examination of my implant and the surrounding areas, in less than 15 minutes, she found the exact problem and took care of it immediately. After her magic fix, everything is back to normal again. No more pain, only smiles!! I cannot be happier! She is kind, affectionate, brilliant and knowledgeable. I am so thankful that I have found her again, by God’s will!

Dr. Gheddaf Dam exemplifies extraordinary care! She provides exceptional services and sets the standard of care that all doctors should deliver! She demonstrates exquisite professionalism, treatment, and authentic care! In medical dentistry, I have never met any provider who went above and beyond to understand my needs and medical history with consultative, collaborative care, support, and availability! She is so humble, empathetic, appreciative, and caring. She attributes her standard of care to her duty and passion for her patients. However, she is the exception and not the rule! I wish all doctors had her brilliance, warmth, empathy, and reciprocal care model! Everyone in the clinic goes above and beyond to help and deliver unbelievable care!

I worked with Dr. Gheddaf Dam for a dental implant and my experience was spectacular! I have a lot of anxiety around dental work (especially after a bad experience at another office) but she made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire process. She also gave me her personal phone number to contact at any time if I had any questions or concerns which was so helpful. There were 2 instances where I messaged her with a question and she was able to see me in the office within a few hours! The entire staff was incredibly kind and made me feel welcome and comfortable throughout the whole process. Highly recommend Prudential Dental!

I have been seeing Dr. Senatore and Lauren Montana for over 10 years, and they are wonderful. Lauren is personable, thorough and very good at what she does. Dr. Senatore is an excellent dentist with wonderful bedside manner, and is never pushy about procedures, always discussing options and making sure I am comfortable with treatment options. I recommend both of them wholeheartedly!
