I have been to many dentists for so much dental work in my life. Promenade Dental Care is the best place I have ever been to for dental work. The staff is friendly. Scheduling an appointment is easy. I appreciate the care during dental work. I have a lot of sensitivities with my teeth and anxiety at the dentist. Dr. Harris makes me feel like I can ask to stop at any time. He also gives me status updates during a procedure. He provides estimates of how much work if left and how far threw he is with the work. I've never had a dentist do that before. It really helps. Everyone there is also very transparent and honest about pricing and treatment plans. Dr. Harris always explains his rationale for recommending treatment A over treatment B. I come away from my appointments informed and confident about my choices and treatment.

I've been seeing Dr. Harris for years. My smile is improved and I've always received great service. Dr. Harris is knowledgeable, professional, experienced and always provides as detailed an explanation as your needs require. Dr. Harris and his staff create a warm and friendly environment and you don't dread things as mundane as teeth cleanings. The location is near a Marta station so I'll sometimes opt to take that train instead of enduring midtown traffic. The office also has great views of the region so, on clear days, you can see as far as Stone Mountain to the east and Buckhead to the north.

Dr. Harris & his team have renewed my trust in dentistry! I have tried many Atlanta dentists, but continuously ran into problems until running into Promenade Dental! From the receptionist to the dentist himself, everyone was a pleasure. It wasn’t hard to make an appointment as their receptionist is very pleasurable & kind. My hygienist was super nice, knowledgeable, & explained every procedure to me. I could’ve fallen asleep while getting my cleaning because she was that gentle in comparison to past RDH’s I’ve experienced. Not to mention my hygienist recommended a great electric toothbrush that I added to my routine same day. My time with Dr. Harris was so thorough & educational! He took the time to acknowledge my concerns, discuss my x-rays in detail, & give actual thought to the treatment plan he developed. I’m excited to have a dentist that will hold me accountable as we work towards our agreed goals. Very excited to continue treatment at this practice!

I am again very pleased with my recent dental visit. My hygienist is the most thoughtful, considerate, efficient and thorough with the dental cleaning. You can tell she has a very very high standard, so meticulous. I completely trust Dr. Harris’s high standard of care, skills, respect for patients. So kind and professional. And he emphasizes and shares so much valuable information on how to take care our teeth. So educational.

I recently visited Promenade Dental for a scheduled filling and deep cleaning. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet my expectations for several reasons. Firstly, I received a last-minute notification, about an hour before my appointment, informing me that my filling procedure needed to be rescheduled due to the dentist not feeling well. However, they mentioned that my deep cleaning appointment could still proceed as planned. This was somewhat inconvenient but understandable under the circumstances. Upon my arrival for the deep cleaning, I was surprised to find that the dentist was present and attending to another patient during my originally scheduled time. This raised some questions about the communication and scheduling practices within the clinic. Furthermore, when my filling appointment was eventually rescheduled, the process was inefficient. My teeth were initially attended to, but then I was left in the exam room for an extensive period, approximately an hour, while the dentist conducted exams on other patients. This lack of time management significantly affected my experience, leaving me feeling neglected and questioning the prioritization of patient care. While I acknowledge that unexpected situations can arise in any healthcare setting, clear communication and effective scheduling are crucial in maintaining trust and respect between healthcare providers and their patients. My experience highlighted areas where improvements could be beneficial, particularly in terms of transparency about scheduling conflicts and ensuring that each patient receives focused and timely care. That being said the care from the hygienists was great, but I will not be returning as they clearly have issues with scheduling and time management.

Generally, I like this place. Was going for maybe 6 years. I wrote a much harsher view, but realized I was frustrated by a situation and how I expected the dialogue to go. I got a bill in the mail for an appointment that was over a year ago. Needless to say, I was really surprised and reached out bc I felt like that was insane. I didn’t get anything back via text. I call in to inquire about and was met with what felt like indifference and annoyance, but maybe that’s bc I was expecting them to be curious and help me get down to the bottom of things. Instead what I got was, “we notified you multiple times by phone and email.” But I don’t have any records of it anywhere. Maybe it got registered as spam, maybe there was some error where it didn’t process out. Anyhow, they apparently switched systems recently or something to mail, and so I finally got a notification about it. I’ll say their service is normally great, but this experience left a sour taste in my mouth, so I can’t in good conscience continue going there. I hope they resolve the issue some day so others don’t have the same happen to them, but I will say that aside, they are generally very nice and great at what they do. Hopefully my situation was just an anomaly, but I’ve moved since then and while it’s close to my office, this pushed me to explore other options.
