Dr. Wei and his staff are incredible. Not only are they thorough, but they are also friendly, excellent at communicating, and they have created a calm and relaxing office atmosphere. Dr. Wei went above and beyond for my family during two back to back dental emergencies and I couldn’t be more grateful.

I have been a patient of Dr. Wei and Promenade Dental since 2001. I’ve had both routine check ups as well as crown work done and in every case I have been completely satisfied. Dr. Wei explains things completely prior to performing the work so that I comfortably understand what is ahead. His dental hygienist, Jolyn, is a rockstar when it comes to teeth cleaning. She’s very thorough and precise. I’ve had other hygienists clean my teeth and Jolynn is by far the best. I’d highly recommend Promenade Dental to anyone looking for routine or restorative dental services.

I have been a patient of James Wei @ Promenade Dental for twenty years. His office is clean and modern. Dr. Wei is also very gentle and extremely intelligent and competent. The hygienist Jolyn has been doing my cleanings and X-rays for as many years and she is gentle and caring. I can’t say enough good things about this office and it’s staff and that should be evident by the fact that they have been my dentist for all these years.

My family and I have been at Promenade for over a decade, since I was a kid! Everyone is super friendly and extremely fast and professional, Each year I go I never have had a bad experience. Dr. Wei is very attentive and understanding about any problems you might have, he will go in-depth about any treatments if you are interested. The spaces are clean and the setup is intuitive. Definitely a perfect dentist recommendation for families with younger children, or even older folks that are looking for a quiet calm environment while your teeth are getting looked at :)

My family and I have been coming to Promenade Dental since I was a kid. I have been seeing Dr. Wei for almost 20 years now for my dental care. Dr. Wei is very professional, knowledgeable and very trustworthy when it comes to taking care of my teeth! Jolyn is my favorite. She has been my dental hygienist this whole time as well. She is awesome and makes me feel very comfortable at every cleaning. The office is very clean and the front desk lady heather is very nice and professional as well. They have basically seen me grown up which is crazy for how long I’ve been apart of this office. I am so glad to have been established for so long and continue to be!
