Excellent experience here. Some context : I experienced dry sockets after having my wisdom teeth pulled and lived with an ongoing infection there for several years thinking there was no solution. I was recommended by my dentist to receive a laser treatment here to deep clean the areas and it was a resounding success. The whole experience was great, facilities are spotless, staff was very friendly and I was treated with the utmost respect. I highly recommend Dr. Thanik.

I want to give Dr. Thanik a great big thank you for the care I received on #27 a couple of days ago. This was a very stressful situation for me and he came in with a positive attitude that put me at ease. He was ready to go as soon as I arrived and I didn't have time to get too nervous. That was very helpful. He communicated with me throughout the procedure and gave me positive feedback. The follow up phone call that evening was much appreciated. This went so much better than I had anticipated that I wanted to say thank you to the doctor, his assistant, and the front desk staff!

Who knew getting a tooth pulled could be a pleasant experience? Using just Novocain and gas, Dr Thanik removed an abscessed tooth with troublesome roots while I listened to music on my AirPods. Support staff was friendly and kind and immediately put me at ease. Letting me know when I would hear a noise or feel a sensation of pressure, the procedure was done quickly. Since only gas and Novocain were used, I was able to drive myself home! I followed after-surgery protocol to take a pain pill when I got home and then each 4 hours after for the first day, also using a cold pack on my jaw. Next morning? NO PAIN! How great was that?

I had gum laser treatment just over a year ago and I didn’t want to go the traditional route with the downtime. I consulted with Progressive Periodontics and decided it was the better way to go. I had a return visit today to check on whether it had worked. It did! The doctor said my gums look healthy now. I have been vigilant keeping up with maintenance on my own at home, doing all the things they told me to do. I’m so happy with the results! Thanks Progressive! Tara O’Leary
