I made an appointment for a teeth cleaning and they took just x-ray of my teeth for 1 hour and finally told me that she would schedule another cleaning date for me and the cleaning lasted 8 minutes. They took the money of my insurance for me and my daughter's. They took x-ray of my 4-year-old daughter's baby teeth and got $1,000 on the condition that I told them I was against it. That was their practice, they answered me. They didn't send me a text message on the day of my appointment, and a week before that, they charged me $100 for being late for 10 minutes, on the condition that I was within my 30-minute grace period and scheduled another date. Can you imagination that? More incompetent and unprofessional people had not taken care of my teeth. I'm sorry I came across them. In the end, they told me that I reach out to them, not they to me. That was a very incompetent answer. I will complain to my insurer to stop working with them.
