Office don't make u aware of a consolation fee of $100, until after u sign in. If u don't have it u must reschedule and wait another 6mos. Doctor, was rude didn't want to make a payment plan. Wanted $13,000(top) & $18,000(bottom), pymt PIF, b4 appt could be made.

The Hygenist I've dealt with here was great. Super friendly and she herself is 5 stars.... But my 1 star is the ongoing scheduling issues. The dentist I was scheduled with called out on my appointment date so my appointment was just pushed back several months when it wasn't my fault....this wouldn't be that big a deal if it were the 1st scheduling problem but it's consistent here that I've waited over 8 MONTHS just for a deep cleaning. ...I've tried moving to another progressive dental and they share the scheduling problems apparently. Crazy. The best "remedy" they offered was to put me on a list of call-offs is a patient called out - which never got me called in in the last 8 months wait, and 4 months wait between appointments. You'd think they'd want consistent paying customers Consider other avenues before coming here.

I keep having the same problem with making an appointment that I am supposed to have scheduled for twice a year for cleaning. The receptionist did not do her job scheduling my next cleaning appointment the last time I was there. This is not the first time. Once I realized that she did not schedule my next 6 month appointment, I called to tell her that you forgot to schedule me. She said that the only time available is in 10 months. That is unprofessional and she is lacking to do her job. I'm sure many other patients who have been there have had the same problem when it comes to scheduling for cleaning. Everyone else that works there is nice and professional.

Dr. is very friendly and cares about patients. She listened patiently to all the problems patient had and made recommendations accordingly.

I have been trying to get my teeth cleaned for over a year. I’ve been placed on waiting lists and requested a certain day of the week due to my work schedule. I was scheduled on a day that I’m required to work and when I called to change it my appointment was pushed back to April 2024 which is 8 months from now. The staff is nice in person but cold and unhelpful over the phone. What can the customer do other than leave the business?

Their manager grits his teeth on the phone and raises his voice, terribly disrespectful to his customers. I made an appointment for a teeth cleaning and they took just x-ray of my teeth for 1 hour and finally told me that she would schedule another cleaning date for me and the cleaning lasted 8 minutes. They took the money of my insurance for me and my daughter's. They took x-ray of my 4-year-old daughter's baby teeth and got $1,000 on the condition that I told them I was against it. That was their practice, they answered me. They didn't send me a text message on the day of my appointment, and a week before that, they charged me $100 for being late for 10 minutes, on the condition that I was within my 30-minute grace period and scheduled another date. Can you imagination that? More incompetent and unprofessional people had not taken care of my teeth. I'm sorry I came across them. In the end, they told me that I reach out to them, not they to me. That was a very incompetent answer. I will complain to my insurer to stop working with them.
