Progressive Dental Arts

This was our 2nd time, our first time experience was fantastic, Paula was my husband’s hygienist and she was great. But on our last visit Valerie was my hygienist ( she’s great) but whoever was my hygienist was absolutely terrible, my husband didn’t even let her finish the entire cleaning and came because of the pain, she wasn’t gentle at all, she kept hurting while cleaning and because of of that his mouth was hurting and bleeding, when I called them to share my experience the hygienist coordinator said my husband was bleeding because he’s got gum problem, he needs to brush, I seriously don’t understand without even addressing or listening to the whole story she just simply ignored. Unfortunately my husband can’t even remember her name, but they should have known. Even though my experience was good, my husband’s experience was absolutely horrible, extremely disappointed.

Cheating. I called front for first visit price they told me is $70 with X-ray and check up. I confirm 3 times with the lady in the call. She said yes. But after my visited they asked me pay $145, Cheater. I asked why is different. She said they take 3 sides X-ray. But I didn’t ask for that! And no one tell me!!

This has been the best dentist experience I ever had in my life. I went in for a root canal and I didn’t feel any pain during or after. Dr Tran and Sam was amazing they always asked me how I was feeling, they are such a dynamic duo. I can not believe how amazing my visit has been. I went back for my second part and it was so smooth. The office staff was friendly and very professional. I will not be going to any other dentist office. If you want to have a great experience please come here you won’t be disappointed. Again I want to give a special thanks to Dr Tran, Sam and Shay who is super sweet. Thank you guys for helping me bring back my confidence with a beautiful smile again..

I'd like to thank Progressive Dental for their new patient policy for existing patients ( funny, isn't it ? ) , and how they motivated me to discover Emerald Dental...which not only saw me within 7 days of my very first call, they also did my initial X-Ray and cleaning on my very first visit ! My wait time at Emerald was zero minutes. Emerald's office is beautiful, the staff are terrific, and they did an awesome, very thorough job ! Thank you Progressive for reinforcing a valuable life lesson !

We have been with the Progressive Dental Arts for almost 20 years. Will not go other places as long as we live in DE!! Our experience has been wonderful and everyone here including the front desk staff, the dental technicians, and the doctors been great. They are super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable! Progressive Dental is the best Dental office I have ever been to.The staff is the best very pleasant and very understanding and patience with me after a back surgery made sure I was comfortable through the whole process. Along with taking the time to answer all questions in DETAIL so you understand the work being done and the brake down of the billing. If you need any Dental work done go to Progressive.
