My son has Autism Spectrum Disorder level 1. Think of Sheldon from The Big Bang Theory as a teen. The autism presents itself in him through oral and auditory sensitivity. Eating issues due to texture, taste, smell, and tempature have been issues his whole life thus far. The sound of teeth cleaning and dental tools bother him as well. Dr. Downs and her crew are extremly patient, non judgemental, and respectful of him and his issues. It has not always been easy through the years finding and keeping a dentist for him.Thank you so much!

Had my first visit last week with Progressive Dental and I'm so glad I switched! I had been going to a local dental group with many offices for a long time, accepting their subpar care. Dr. Downs and her entire staff were kind, informative, and made me feel comfortable immediately. The 3D x-ray technology was amazing. My cleaning with Cyndi was probably the best I've ever had. She was thorough but it never hurt and my teeth feel better than they have in years. My husband, as a new patient, received a same-day crown a few months ago and we are both thrilled that we switched to Progressive Dental and look forward to future visits.

I have never been one to like going to the dentist. I've had not so great experience and felt the previous detal places didn't really care for what's going on with my dental. Each visit was just another treatment appointment. But Dr. Downs and her team absolutely changed my attitude about going to the dentist as a whole. Dr. Downs was the 1st who showed me she really care about my teeth and how it should be dealt with. Then her team is just icing on the cake. Excellent dentist! Great team! Great facility too! I would recommend to anyone in a heart beat!

All the people at Progressive Dental treat their customers like family. Dr. Downs is the best and the Dentsl Hygienist that I've had is excellent. Truly a Class Business. The only drawback is the customer has to pay upfront and then deal with the insurance company inorder to get reimbursed. That's one area I wish they would change back to where Progressive Dental handled that process like they used too when I started with them.

I have undergone multiple procedures, including extractions and Invisalign, at Progressive Dental, and I couldn't be more impressed. The team is not only highly professional but also caring. Dr. Downs and the staff exhibit top-notch expertise and service making every visit comfortable. I highly recommend Progressive Dental and will be continuing with them for all my dental needs.

I have been coming to Dr Downs for a number of years now for everything from regular teeth cleaning to crowns and X-rays. I can’t say enough good things about her and the staff.
