Came here in may of 2023 to get a tooth pulled that was badly infected. Was told most of my teeth were not able to be fixed. Decided to go with dentures. I was told I needed to come back for a cleaning and get had one later that day or I’d be waiting months. Went back for the cleaning and the hygienist was rude and condescending. Fast forward to when I was fitted for the dentures the dentist suggested I didn’t pull all of my teeth as bottoms are harder to keep in place but he told me it was up to me… I didn’t even have 5 minutes to think before he made up my mind for me to keep a few of my own teeth in my mouth. Fast forward to after having my teeth pulled, I was told by my oral surgeon I needed to see my dentist by the Monday after my surgery, so I went to the appointment and the dentist told me “I’m not even sure why you’re here” but he did not have have any advice on how I am suppose to properly care for my dentists. Once I was ready for my next appointment I called to make the appointment and was told my insurance would cover my upper and lower to be re aligned but when I got to the dentist I was told the tops were the ones being covered.. I received an explanation of what was done at the appointment from my insurance and they charged my insurance for the upper and lower re alignment. During that appointment I also brought up a concern of possibly a tooth or something being stuck in my upper gum and I was told nothing was there and it will be fine…. I ended up having to call my oral surgeon back and they confirmed with an X-ray it was a tooth still stuck in there…. Shouldn’t the dentist have noticed or done an x-ray when I brought up it was painful and I could feel something with my finger? Also at the same appointment the dentist did some kind of impressions that tasted horrid (I know this can’t be helped) and made me drool like crazy the dentist walked out of the room while I’m drooling and asking for a paper towel to catch it. While sitting for the mold I heard the dentist telling another patient “who would want dentures? They look so horrible” all while the receptionist was calling person after person saying “insurance approved your dentures” and while I was sitting there with dentures. Here is a little tip, If you make a majority of your money on clients getting dentures you probably should not bash dentures! During the appointment the dentist did recommend I come back to him to get implants done for $50,000. All and all I am so glad I do not EVER have to return to this place. 10 out of 10 do NOT recommend!!!

After deeply chipping my front tooth over the weekend, I was in for a month’s wait with my regular dentist. Not wanting to risk more damage, I was referred to Pro Dental by my insurance provider, and they got me in first thing Monday morning. I had a meeting to attend, and they had me in and out in 45 minutes, with a repair that is absolutely amazing. A heartfelt thank you, to you and your crew Dr. Nazir!

I always feel weird going here, especially if it’s for my kids. I don’t recommend bringing kids to this dentist. They’re not set up for children and you get the impression that they don’t want to deal with them. My son had an appt for a cleaning and the dentist gave a referral to go somewhere else for a filling just to not have to do it himself it seemed like. When I talked to insurance about it, it sounds like that’s the theme there.

I wish I could give no stars. I went in for pain in my Wisdom tooth. They told me it needed to be extracted and a filling done. They recommended doing both at the same time. The Dental Dr numbed my area and poked me. Then walked away for a long time. Then came back and applied more pressure. I was crying in pain instead of numbing it more he poked my gum with stronger numbing. After he gave me instructions and gauze with no pain medication. Because i was a new patient i was told i needed to be seen again, but couldnt do appointments till January. Yet, they pulled my tooth and filled my tooth. I was im so much pain. I had to go back in. They took me back to be checked. The Dental Dr decides to poke at my extraction site to make it bleed “ to create another blood clot to make it heal quicker.” Which it bleed and caused me more pain. He never gave me pain medication when I left. My fiance had to call to complain and he gave me only three days worth which caused more pain! I went to be seen by another dentist and confirmed it caused an infection in my extraction site. DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST! Not recommended!!
