Prime Oral Maxillofacial Surgery

I recently came in to get my wisdom teeth removed and was feeling quite nervous and anxious since I don’t do well with medical procedures. From the moment I walked in, the receptionists were extremely kind and welcoming, which immediately put me at ease. The dental assistant was just as wonderful. As for the dentist, he was incredibly nice, patient, and thorough in explaining the entire process to me. As a lawyer, informed consent is very important to me, and I truly appreciated the one-on-one attention and the detailed explanation I received from the surgeon. He made sure I was fully informed and allowed me to choose whether to remove all four teeth or just two. I appreciated that he wasn’t pushy or trying to 'sell' me on anything — he explained his professional recommendation and then left the room to give me space to decide. Overall, the experience was much better than I expected, thanks to his amazing care and approach. Highly recommend!"

I just got all four wisdom teeth out today and before going I was absolutely extremely nervous. I’ve had many surgeries but I still do not do well with them at all. From the receptionist, to the team, to Dr brooks, and even a kind lady there with her husband helped calm my nerves. They all reassured me I was in good hands and that I would be just fine. Dr brooks saw I was nervous and walked me through everything, down to putting the IV in. I’ve had at least 5 and this was the least painful IV I’ve ever had. It was the smallest pinch. I 100% recommend coming here. Thank you to Dr. brooks and his staff for the exceptional care.

This office staff was AWESOME I really appreciate everything they did for me.. Only thing I was concerned about after viewing a video that my kids recorded me coming out the back door was the Asian nurse (I think that was her race) she seemed like she didn’t want to help me to my car and looked upset. Other than that Dr Brooks was GREAT!!!

Absolutely loved my visit with Dr. Brooks! He was compassionate, knowledgeable, patient and thorough. I felt so comfortable, they even ask if you need a blanket. His staff? Courteous and considerate, definitely a dream team. They answered all my questions – and trust me, I had a LOT. The ENTIRE team at Prime were amazing. So welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable, they made a stressful situation comfortable. I had 15 teeth pulled with zero pain the following day! How's that even possible? I'll never go anywhere else.
