My experience at Prime Dental was a very pleasant one. I was forced to find a new dentist due to my insurance discontinuing and needed to be changed immediately. Upon new insurance I searched high and low for a good reviewed place that took my insurance. FINALLY found Prime Dental an oasis in the desert. Reviews were good wasn’t sure how it would be because they don’t always pick up their phone. Upon arriving receptionist was receiving. They do paperwork old school simple but not as efficient as being emailed documents before visit procedures. Upon being taken back was met and serviced by Dr. Liu himself very respectful, professional, kind dentist. Clear instruction and communication, explained every step, reassured any nervousness, worked efficiently. Even took Covid-19 precautions and guidelines seriously and respectfully. I felt well serviced here and that Dr. Liu cared about me as a patient. It was only my first visit for exam, x-rays and cleaning. I still must return for filling replacements. Hope good service and good atmosphere continues. Place is very pristine clean and minimal. Will try to review and update again upon other visit completions.
