PreservEndo Cary

Had my first root canal here. I was very pleased with Dr. Lee and his staff. I don't have insurance and they gave me a bit of a discount for cash. My root canal was through a crowned tooth. My dentist wanted me to come back to his office for the filling after the root canal....but how crazy is that! Just more time at the dentist for me! Dr Lee did the root canal and the filling all at the same time which made it so much easier. The whole thing took about an hour. I was very pleased with the whole experience at this office.

My first root canal was a seamless process. My dentist referred me here and Dr. Lee and his assistant were both very kind and explained the whole process thoroughly. I do not feel like it could have been better!

I went to PreserveEndo location in Cary, a few times in March and once in April and everyone that works there is absolutely wonderful. Not only are all of the assistants and front desk staff very kind, caring and professional, Dr. Lee is also, he does great work and I am very relieved there was no pain or discomfort at all. I wish I had not waited so long to get something that was so emotionally painful to me fixed but I was bitter about having to pay for something that was done to me in my childhood, afraid I couldn't afford it, and fearful about what the procedure would be like, but nothing was as bad as I expected it to be. I had a very pleasant experience here and I know where to go if God forbid I ever need to again. I trust these people and am very grateful for them.

The endodontist was fine. The business office has much to improve on. I will take ownership of going to a provider that I learned at the appointment was out of network. This was a surprise for me. The front desk informed me that I would be responsible for the consultation. I agreed to that. The next day I received a text message “ Insurance did not cover as much as their original estimation. You have a balance of $234.00 on your account with us.” I requested a meeting with the practice manager and they stated they would have that person reach by out. I am still waiting for the call let alone the meeting. Unless you are in network, my experience would suggest to go elsewhere.

Gready beyond belief. They wanted alsmost $3000 for a root canal without insurance, including $600 for a simple composite filling. By the way, when they are dealing with insurance, insurance negotiates the price down and denies some procedures. They get my money upfront, in full, but they want to double dip. No, I am not going to call you like ever.

Highly recommend Dr. Lee and his assistant at the Cary office. He quickly assessed my need for a root canal with minimal pain testing for tooth sensitivity and very effectively numbed it for the procedure. He worked quickly, carefully and painlessly. His assistant spent time answering all my questions and showing me the images of what was done afterwards. Root canals get a bad rap! Dr. Lee and his staff are wonderful.
