I‘m extremely happy with my smile after orthodontics treatment with Premier Ortho. The process was easy from the beginning to end and everyone working in the office was professional, communicative, and knowledgeable with my treatment. I don’t normally write reviews, but under the circumstance, I feel only right if I do, both of my children go to PreOrthodontist in Chandler, everyone in the office are so nice but Jess is exceptional. She has gone above and beyond to help both of my children. This Saturday she met with my daughter for an emergency appointment, the doctors are lucky to have her on hand!!! She dealt with the situation with such professionalism, the office should be give her a raise for what she went through with my daughter. Thank you Jess, we appreciate you more than you know!

Jahaira Rios was phenomenally efficient at the Chandler location. It was awesome to come back after a 15 year gap in my kiddos to find Dr. Coles and staff just as professional and kind as they were on the first rounds of kiddo braces. No hassles. In for a tour and into treatment on the same day!!!! 20 million star review!!!

Worst customer service experience the cost is way overpriced and their system does not properly communicate. I’ve called to close my account they have continued to try and take money, took over $500 from me I was told I wasn’t going to get a refund mean while I haven’t got any service in months because the front desk girl doesn’t know how to do her job right and told me they aren’t open Fridays or weekends.
