The overall service is good for the price. The place is clean. The staff is solid/friendly. Location is key for me. The over scheduling is atrocious, they def over book to account for no shows/cancelations. Or they're under staffed. Or they just haven't figured out timing. Never once has one of our appointments started on time. Average wait of 20 minutes up to 45 a couple times. I def show up on time or early as they have a 15 minute grace period before they cancel the appointment, ha.

My daughter enjoys all her visits. The staff is really sweet and engage with her all the time. She loved the assistant from her last visit. Thank you guys for always being so prompt with appointments and care

I need to edit my review. My kids have been receiving services there for almost two years. But after Dr. Cheney, the recent two visits were unpleasant. Long wait! Wait time is at least one hour, even we got there on time:( So hard to schedule! They even put one kid in the early morning, and the other kid on 5 hours later. I don’t believe any parents would like it that way, unless their school is close by, and the parent needs to have time. They really have problems with scheduling. Plus, the front desk staff are not friendly, and they don’t have face expression, making me feel we are not welcome or I’m begging them for a help. Everything else is good so far.

Don’t recommend it. Although is flexible with insurance, the front desk staff is rude and unprofessional. First thing to notice as you walk in to an establishment is the receptionist’s, and when you encounter this kind of interaction it makes you question if you really want to continue your treatment here. There’s not HIPAA regulation. Your business are everyone else’s and overall there is not good work ethic from my perspective. I’d say go to a small establishment or small business own, support local and advocate for what’s best for your family. I don’t usually write negative reviews because I value people’s work, but unfortunately my family and I had a very unpleasant experience. I will not b using their services anymore and I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

Staff very helpful. Temporary doctor answered our questions and explained importance of following the envisaging program.
