Premier Endodontics of Long Island: Garden City

I had my very first root canal done by Dr. Gupta. I am an extremely nervous person and needless to say that when my general dentist told me I needed a root canal my nervousness shot thru the roof. I searched around for an office that was near where I live and came upon Premier Endodontics. I decided to go look at the office before hand and ended up speaking to the receptionist there. She was super helpful. She had actually had a root canal done by one of the dentist at that very office. After leaving the office I called back the next day to make my appointment. I asked for Dr. Gupta to do my root canal. I also asked to have Dr. Gupta return my phone call. I wanted to explain to him how nervous I could get and ask him how the procedure would be. He called me back and answered all my questions even the ones that seemed silly but were a real concern to me. The day of the procedure he worked with me to keep me calm and I honestly have to say it was easier then most cleanings I have ever had. Zero pain! He is the BEST!!!!! Such a down to earth person and very knowledgeable. I recommend him 100%

I had the greatest experience at the Garden City Office, Evelyn at the front desk was amazing Dr. Gupta took really great care of me with his assistant Dalbely he explained everything with a lot of details of what he saw and what he felt it was going to be best for me. He gave me the feeling that he really takes good care of his patients.This office is clearly concerned about the well-being of the patient. They checked the insurance a day before and let me know how much my co-payment would be. I highly recommend this office, It feels so nice to know that you go to a dental office and that in that they care about the patient. They made me feel like my treatment and care was their priority. Thanks to all the Premier Team for taking care of all of your patients and to take care of me and my pain.

I had the greatest experience here. Addie got me in immediately as an emergency and verified my insurance. I was seen right away and did not have to wait long. The dental assistant Stephanie was gentle and so kind. Dr. Ko did my re-root on my root canal that my old Dr missed. I had no discomfort afterwards. I am very thankful for them. ❤️

I had a service from this office recently, they charged me with different price at the office then sent another bill stating that it was actually the other tooth so you have to pay extra!! Then I went to the office asking about that, instead of customer service I got yelled by the office manager not only in her office, on my to the exit in front of all other employees and patients. I am sure she would say she was nasty but that does not give the office manager " so called" to scream at me ( at a client) non stop in front of everyone. She needs to learn how to manage people and her anger. I hope the owner dentist is reading this. Customer is always right even if you are wrong! You don't have a right to yell at me and talk back behind me in front of other patients. She sounded horrible, like ready to do a cat fight with a client!!! I ran away, I got scared!!! How could she be the office manager if she does not know how to calm a customer! Lacking a big customer service communication skill!! And be careful they can operate your wrong tooth if you don't advocate your self!! This is why I got double charged, I corrected them.

I highly recommend this office & Dr. Gupta. He's very thorough, kind, gentle & extremely professional. Dr. Gupta & his assistant Brenda were exceptional. Thank you both for a great experience getting my first root canal!
