I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with this clinic has been so frustrating that I feel compelled to share it. The staff are unprofessional and rude. They scheduled a cleaning appointment for me six months in advance, only to call later and tell me I would need to pay out of pocket—despite the fact that I have excellent insurance that covers everything. On a previous visit for a tooth filling, they initially quoted me hundreds of dollars for the procedure. When I refused to pay, they proceeded with the treatment and later apologized, admitting they had made a mistake and that my insurance would cover the cost after all. My wife had a similar experience. After waiting three months for an appointment, the clinic called her the day before to cancel without giving any explanation. This clinic operates with no regard for its patients and seems focused solely on making money. I strongly advise against using this location. Do yourself a favor and find another provider who actually cares about their patients.
Dec 27, 2024 · Sayed Mahdi HaidariBy far the worst dental office I've ever been to! First, they canceled my appointment a few hours before I was to arrive. Thinks can happen I get it. I found out later the dentist quit. We rescheduled; 3 months later was their first available appointment. Late afternoon the day before the appointment, they canceled again. Keep in mind, they start sending you texts 2-3 weeks before your appointment that they want you to keep replying in confirmation. On both occasions, I replied to their texts confirming. The second cancelation, apparently the dental hygienist quit because the office is that bad. Also my family has been going here; none of them has ever gotten the same person twice because their turnover is so high. I'm not sure why that is, but it's a very bad sign. They were supposed to short-list me for any available opening. The last straw was when they sent me at text at 12:48 to call them because they had an opening for next week. I called at 12:50. The person put me on hold until 12:58, and the line was just disconnected. I called back immediately and got a different person. She said my first call was probably routed to a call center. She also said they don't have appointments available anymore "because it's first come, first serve." I explained I had just received a text for an appointment and called within 2 minutes. She said it was probably sent to 40 people at the same time. I told her Premier had previously canceled my appointment the day of and again the day before and that I called immediately upon receiving their text for an opening. She absolutely didn't care. She hurriedly told me she is very busy right now, and that's just what happens. I told her I was very unhappy with the experience and wouldn't go there anymore. She said, "Fine," and hung up. I don't expect to be treated special, but some basic decency is needed. I'm not one to exaggerate; this was astonishingly bad. My family is completely done with this office. Never again.
Jan 10, 2025 · J EI have always had very good results. This is primarily because of the staff. Amanda did an awesome job explaining each step that she did and was very professional and courteous but still very easy to talk to and she made my visit very pleasant. Dr Paige did my exam and told me exactly what to look for if there would be any issues that I should be aware of. My first visit with her as my other Dentist had left the practice. Only to find out Dr Paige is also leaving the practice. The new Dentist will have very big shoes to fill. Amanda will be the reason I will return at this point until I meet the new Dentist. Hopefully that will go well and I will stay. When a big corporation takes over the company is more attentive to their profit and not the patients. I hope this is not the case. I’ve been a patient for over ten years and hope to stay a patient. Thank you Amanda and Dr Paige for taking every concern I had and addressing it with me. I appreciate you both for your support and your willingness to help me.

The Over seeing Dentist is more about pulling all or most of my teeth with no plan of action after? Her response was I kid you not she said I suppose you will have to gum it. I asked about my front tooth that I knew the filling was falling out, could no longer be saved I said what would be a solution for a 60 year old women to not be left without a canine tooth she said well I can put a flipper tooth in asked her what that was, mind you the overall attitude was non caring and she seemed exasperated by my question, so she then takes a piece of paper tells me that this is what the flipper tooth is. This is how much it costs and proceeds to throw it in my lap, not hand it to me, she threw it in my lap, telling me that this is their cost and my insurance won’t pay for it then she said to me I have to get back to my other patient so I walked around the corner with the other lady, and she was just standing in the doorway of another door leaning up against the door, just watching another technician work on someone else so she just didn’t want to deal with anything. She was very rude. My family calls me an elephant. I don’t forget anything I remember everything. I was very nervous to go back for my six month cleaning and I just knew that this office was not the fit, but I needed to finish out my year with this dental office and move to a different one my overall hesitant in even going to my appointment today was because of how rude the last cleaner was how rude the cleaner that was going to clean my teeth today was And how rude the actual dentist that runs the place is. well they didn’t disappoint. I do not recommend going to this practice in any way shape or form if you are struggling and sensitive about your teeth and how you care about your teeth and take care of your teeth as best as you can then you need to find another dentist that’s more compassionate When I went to my appointment today for my six month cleaning they said well we need to take more x-rays I said my insurance will not cover any more x-rays. I’ve already had the x-rays allotted for this year so the dental hygienist said well. I have to figure this out and I’m already 25 minutes into this session, lady you were behind schedule and I just sat down and what I wanted to say was 25 minutes. I just sat down Maybe three minutes went by absolutely absurd unprofessional I walked out she said well have you ever been charged for something before from here? yes yes I have. I remember everything and I knew there was something in my heart that said don’t go to this appointment. Find a new one at the beginning of the year I do not recommend this dental office. I’ve been going to the dentist since I was a little girl and I have never missed cleanings or anything. This is the worst I have ever been treated in my 60 years experiences . The damn dental schools are better than this place Premier dental Get it together be more compassionate be more willing to listen to your patient. I’m not saying that we know it all, but when we’re sensitive about our teeth and we care about our teeth and we want to establish a patient doctor Connection this definitely was not the place for me and it may not be for you either. If I could give them less than zero stars, I would the only person that was ever kind to me was the front desk girl with the long blonde hair and the glasses that is the only nice person in that entire office.when you read your own feedback premier dental, you remember, I’m an elephant and I remember everything from the first time I’ve been in there to the very last I have remembered every single step everything that was said and everything that was done. So you can play it off like you remember it this way, but I know for a fact it was my way and I remember it exactly to a T because one hand doesn’t always know what the other hand is doing and that was what my father taught me. I’m a stream keeper so don’t even play it off like oh it didn’t go that way yes, it did!!

She always makes sure I’m comfortable while getting me in and out every time! If you got here I sincerely hope you get the pleasure of Ashley taking care of you! Ashley not only does a great job but will also make you giggle a time or two. I would rate them 5 out of 5 separately if I could. That is the soul reason this review has stars Although the front desk is a different story…. I’ve have lots of things to say but here are my biggest issues. On my way out the door during one of my last visits I was told “oh it looks like you have an outstanding bill here”. I questioned what it was for since I have paid up before leaving each time. She could not give me an answer and said she would call me to let me know what she could find. I waited a week and a half and never got a call. I called and was told that they were not seeing any outstanding bills and I was all paid up. 🐟 I then asked for an estimate for my next visit. I was told she would need to do some digging and give me a call right back. I never got a call back. I waited a week and called again.🙄 I asked for my estimate and was told once again… they will have to call me back. Guess who never got a call back. The front desk also seems to have a very cliquey like environment to it. Each time I’m there they are gossiping and playing on their phones. My most recent visit, the lady that was checking me in even stopped talking to me to answer her phone. It ended up being another front desk worker calling from the parking lot. Needless to say I highly recommend seeing Dr Paige, just be prepared for the desk environment and keep an eye on your bills and random charges being thrown your way!
