Precision Endodontics of Raleigh

Was recommended to Dr. Williams by my primary dentist and I am very thankful he pointed me in that direction. I had a root canal done that was particularly difficult, but it was done with care and precision by Dr. Williams who was sincere and forthcoming with his analysis. He was attentive to any pain I may have felt and explained every step. He even called a day after the first treatment to see how I was doing. The ladies up at the front desk were also very nice as well, along with the dental assistants. I highly recommend this practice.

Have been with Dr.Williams for couple of root canal treatments .. He has taken his time to make sure all is good and settling down as in my case not the normal root canal. I appreciate his patience and professionalism making sure he is doing the best for my situation. I never feel he is doing work unnecessarily at all . If anything he will hold off doing work till absolutely deemed necessary. His team around him make the visit pleasant & friendly. I would not go anywhere else I drive from Wakeforest to see him. Even though there are specialists literally top of my road I will still drive to Dr Williams

Coming from someone with a lot of dental anxiety, I could not have asked for a better experience at Precision Endodontics! Due to a previously bad experience I had (at an entirely different dentist), I was really nervous for this root canal I was going to get, but Dr. Williams and his team were so accommodating, personable and professional they made my experience great. I was 2 months postpartum at the time of my appointment and because of that I had to adjust my appointment multiple times leading up, but they were able to accommodate in a very timely manner which I really appreciated. During the appointment Dr Williams talked me through every step of the procedure, ensured I understood everything that was going on and even called a few hours after my appointment to make sure everything was going well. It was overall a very positive experience and I can’t recommend them enough. It is clear the whole team has the patients’ best interest in mind!

I highly recommend Dr. Williams for all your periodontal needs. My dentist recommended Dr Williams and I am grateful he did. Dr Williams and his team were just great; not only in the actual dental work but JUST AS IMPORTANT their customer care. Dr Williams was fully aware of my level of comfort throughout the procedure. Following the visit, later that afternoon, Dr Willams called to check on how I was doing. That is personal patient care. If you need root canal therapy, here is (in my opinion) the best dentist in practice in the Raleigh area.

I can't recommend this practice highly enough! Every single person in the practice is kind, professional, and caring. Dr. Williams truly cares about resolving your dental issues and is meticulous in his work. On top of that, he is highly ethical -- I never worry that he's recommending something just to make money (I think we've all had a dental practitioner do that, haven't we?). If you need a root canal, go here!

I was referred to Dr. Williams by my primary dentist for a retreatment on a failed root canal. Dr. Williams evaluated and shared the plan of attack. He explained everything thoroughly and was always available if I ever needed anything. His staff is very friendly and accommodating as well. I would highly recommend them for any Endodontics needs.
