The team at all locations are always so friendly and professional. Even the way they interact with each other shows they enjoy one another and its very welcoming as a patient. Dr. Zimmers is kind and thorough, she takes her time with you answers all questions and concerns. I highly recommend.

My daughter ( Eugenia) is a new patient at the Batavia location. The staff is really knowledgeable and friendly. I did set up my appointment through Kim and it was really easy and hassle free. Working with her was a pleasure from the moment she picked up the phone. The orthodontist Dr. Zimmer fully answered all my questions and presented to me every option available for my daughter 's treatment. We felt really well cared for by the whole team. Beth's (the treatment coordinator) help was at a really high level too. She was very pleasant and explained everything we needed to know. Lina

The staff here is great - so welcoming! I really appreciate all the time the staff took with us to explain our payment options and what to expect for a first time visit with braces. Highly recommend! The ice cream cooler was my daughter's favorite part!

We have have used Prairie View for both of my daughters and now my son. They are fantastic! They charge the same cost for traditional and invisiline, so you and the orthodontist can make the decision that works best for your child. For my oldest it was traditional braces and for my middle daughter it was invisiline. Now my son will most likely be traditional braces as well. The staff is welcoming and friendly and has always accommodated reschedules due to life happening. I would highly recommend Prairie View if you live near any of their locations.
