This is the worst dentist office I have ever been to. They continue to upsell you on services you do not need and charge you more than they originally committed to. You go in for one tooth issue and they provide you with a list of “nice to have” things done to your teeth. They quote you one price and when you are done, they send you a bill for a lot more. You go in for teeth cleaning, they upsell you on their mouthwash and mouthguard. When I confronted them about the original price, showed proof of what they originally quoted me, and reminded them of our original conversations, they called me a liar.

I chose this dentist office because of a good feeling And I'm glad I did. I have terrible TMD, complex anxiety and a whole bunch of other dental issues because of it. My jaw locked twice in treatment. Dr Kennedy and Chelsea were so kind and attentive. Nina is the best ever administrator! I know I finally found somewhere that can help. Thank you Dr Kennedy and team.

My twin girls had orthodontic treatment at this dental office, costing over $10k+. One of my daughters has had previous issues with the glue on her retainer wire breaking and causing the wire to be loose. Today is the 3rd incident trying to get it repaired again. After speaking with Power Ranch dental several times, I was transferred to the office manager and re-explained my daughter's situation. The manager stated that we would have to pay a $97 exam fee, or pay $150 to join the dental club because my college student who now lives in Phoenix has not been a recent patient. Again, the retainer was previously put on by the dentist at the office. They would not wave the $97 exam fee and explained another additional fee, the "treatment plan" would be determined upon the visit. The scenarios provided by the manager suggested the dentist may need to install a completely new retainer- fully undermining the work Power Ranch Dental has done thus far. Simply, they would not insure the work of their own dentists. All that was needed was a drop of glue to fix my daughters retainer, that should have been done properly from the beginning. It is not practical to return to a dentist three times over a couple years for an unbonded retainer. Do better. Insure your work and have better customer service.

Best Dental Practice Ever!!! I’ve been coming to Power Ranch for 5 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else! They treat my entire family and there’s never an issue with billing, scheduling, or treatment. Best in the Valley!!!

Ever since Dr. Halls leaving Power Ranch Dental has me disappointed. My mom’s side of the family has genetically bad teeth to the point where crowns and root canals are normal. Dr Halls’ wife is my mom’s cousin, so Dr Halls understood this dilemma. He was the kindest dentist I have ever been to. My severe anxiety with dentists and needles was no match for his patience and kindness, and he was a soft spoken and patient individual. Recently, he moved away and no longer works here. I first went to Dr Kennedy 2 weeks ago for my regular cleaning. Upon arriving he told me I need 3 crowns and many fillings and tried to tell me I don’t brush and floss. He also seemed to judge me when I got nervous for the numbing for a root canal he said was needed. I had to come back today because I had a filling fall out and I am never coming back. Upon entering the room he checked everywhere but the spot I came for, stating I needed many crowns and several root canals. He again told me I don’t brush and floss and when I explained my genetics he then asked how I brush and floss. He tried to explain and asked if I use prescription toothpaste already (I do) and if I have an electric toothbrush (I do). He tried to teach me how to brush “properly” and this is my last straw. Coming in, I feel like he only sees my teeth as dollars for him and not care for the struggles I have been through. His nurses are not as kind as Dr Hall’s are either, and I have learned to request Christin only as she is beyond kind to me. The front desk ladies, especially Morgan, are kind and understanding and always make me feel happier leaving the establishment. While I’m sure Dr Kennedy does his best, I will not be coming back due to how he treated me.
