Pondside Dental Associates - Jamaica Plain

I want to share how much I appreciated the way John treated me during my deep cleaning visit. He is incredibly knowledgeable and funny, and I highly recommend this dental practice because of him and the staff. I also want to give a big shout-out to the staff who are incredibly welcoming and create a warm, family-like atmosphere where they take care of each other and their patients.

I recently switched my dental care to Pondside Dental and SO glad I did. The experience has been very positive. I have had two cleanings, both done by a dentist. Both dentists were friendly, professional, and provided very helpful information on how to better care for my teeth. Highly recommend this place!

A very warm and welcoming place, where the staff are friendly, knowledgeable, highly skilled, and easygoing. They asked about any anxiety I might have around dental procedures, and took the time to help me feel at ease by answering all of my (many) questions. I couldn't imagine going somewhere else at this point, and can't recommend them highly enough!

First time visit and I'm very impressed. The office is clean. Equipment is modern. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Doctor was thorough and offered personalized brushing suggestions without being judgemental or pushy. I was in and out with next to no waiting. A perfect score!

Beat dental care around. The entire staff is very friendly, caring, honest, attentative, nice and takes the time to get to know you. They actually take time to listen to you (well that is, when you get the chance to talk, LOL) and your opinions are important to them. Most importantly, their work is excellent and outstanding. I can't say more about how amazing they are at Pondside Dental. Thank you for your service over the years.

Pondside Dental staff are the best! They are personable, gentle, and thorough. I have struggled with taking X-rays my whole life, but every person at Pondside Dental has been so caring and helpful in making sure that I don’t have a negative experience. I no longer live in JP, but it’s worth the half hour drive to continue being cared for by this team!

TLDR: don’t let them scam you on preventative dental care Friendly but likely out to scam you with “preventive” dental. They will tell you have many many “early cavities” that need to be fixed. I later went to 3 other different dentists because I moved cities and all the other dentists said I had nothing to worry about.
