Professional dentistry was great. Threshold on entry into waiting room from outdoors is terribly high for a wheelchair and a difficult maneuver for entry.even with help from others - desperately needs to be fixed for wheelchair bound patrons. to access without stress. I amend my review to a 5-star since Dr. Politelli has since implemented a repair to the threshold. I repeat. that our experience with the staff and Dr. Politelli was excellent and his immediate action on the facility threshold admirable.

Dr. Politelli was recommended to me as I needed a dentist in Warwick. I immediately felt welcomed and appreciate the warm and friendly atmosphere. I think all the hygienists are great and so is Dr. Politelli! I especially appreciate that they use a lead apron for protection when taking X-rays. I will feel comfortable and confident when the time comes for other dental work I may have . Highly recommend him and his staff!

Best dentist I've ever had--not just Dr. Politelli, but the hygienists and office staff as well. No judgment, just compassion and encouragement for good dental behavior. They're great about providing information and options without pressure. The office staff are very on the ball, proactive and responsive about scheduling and sorting out insurance issues. And they *text* instead of relying on phone calls, which I deeply appreciate. A truly fantastic practice.

The dental hygienist Grace cleaned my teeth for me during my appointment. She was very polite and professional. She was very gentle while cleaning my teeth which was appreciated. My teeth felt nice and clean when she was done. She was able to schedule my next appointment so I could do it after I get out of work.

Dr. Politelli and his entire team are amazing. They make going to the dentist as relaxing and as pleasant as it can be. They really care about their patients, all around a wonderful experience!

I have cleaning 4 x/year due to much tartar on my teeth. Colleen is always pleasant, professional and does the job to clean my teeth and make recommendations. She's wonderful.
